This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years

and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or

mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge

if they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and

understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play

with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall

not be made by children without supervision.

1.1. Power Supply

Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance’s. If this is

not the case, please consult the Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables

Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep

the cord away from warm surfaces.

Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.

Take it to the Customer Support Service for replacement.

1.3. Humidity and Water

Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance

to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous.

To avoid fire hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance

to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under

water (e.g. for cleaning).

1.4. Cleaning

Before cleaning, be sure to switch o the appliance. For more

instructions, please see the section “2.3. Maintenance”.

1.5. General Precautions

• Please follow the user manual instructions to correctly install and

use this product and enjoy its advanced features. Please keep the

instructions for future reference.

• Read all instructions before using the product.

• Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried out by

authorized dealers.

• Any damage caused by manual modifications to the product is not

covered by the warranty.

• If this product is used for other purposes than originally designed, or

if it is not correctly connected, the product may suer damage and

the warranty will be voided.

• Always make sure the voltage to be used corresponds to the voltage

indicated on the appliance.

• Always switch the appliance o before putting it down, even if it is

only for a moment.

• Do not unplug by pulling on the cord. Always grasp the plug and

unplug it from the outlet.

• Do not use the dryer near gas or other inflammable substances (such

as benzene, paint thinner, sprays, etc.)

• As the handle of hairdryer has built-in electrical components, the

hairdryer must be fixed so that the handle, when fully extended, is out

of the reach of a person using a bath or shower.

• When the hairdryer is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since

the proximity of water presents a hazard even when the hairdryer is

switched o. For additional protection, the installation of a residual

current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not

exceeding 30 mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the

bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.

• Do not use the dryer with wet hands or in the bath or shower. Do not

use this hair dryer near water in bath-tubs, basins or other vessels.

Do not leave or store the dryer near a tub, sink or other place where it

will be exposed to water and other liquids or high humidity.

• Do not clean with abrasive or corrosive products.

• The dryer is fitted with a heat-sensitive safety device. In the event

of overheating (for example if the rear grate is covered), the dryer

will stop automatically. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down for

a few minutes. Before switching the appliance on again, check the

grates to make sure they are not blocked by flu, hair, etc.

• Do not direct the airflow towards the eyes other sensitive areas.

• Close supervision is necessary when the dryer is used by or near

children and the disabled.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualiﬁed persons in order

to avoid a hazard.

• Please remove hair from the intake grate immediately to keep the

appliance in working order.

• Never block the air grilles.

• Clean the appliance after use to avoid the accumulation of grease

and other residues.

2.2. Product Usage

How to use

1. Make sure the power is in the 0 position. Plug the unit in and turn on

the power switch.

2. To dry your hair after washing, set the power switch to “2” or “1” if

you want to use cool air, please press the cool switch to “ ”.

3. Turn the power switch to 0 and unplug the unit.

2.3. Maintenance

Cleaning

• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.

• Remove the air intake grate from the appliance. Clean the air inlet

grate, nozzle and hot and cold nozzle with a damp cloth or rinse them

under the tap.

• After drying, refit the air inlet grate.

elementos que puedan ser reparados por el

usuario. Acuda al Servicio de Atención al Cliente.

Antes de usar el aparato, lea atentamente este manual de

instrucciones y guárdelo en un lugar seguro, pues puede

tener que consultarlo en el futuro.

Antes de encender el aparato, y a fin de garantizar su

utilización de forma correcta y segura, no lo utilice si:

• Se ha caído al suelo;

• Nota alguna señal de daño;

• Se produce alguna anomalía durante su funcionamiento.

Para evitar posibles peligros y el deterioro del aparato

debido a un uso incorrecto, se recomienda que lea

1.1. Alimentación

Compruebe que la tensión de la red eléctrica es compatible con la

indicada en el aparato. En caso de que no sea compatible, consulte al

Servicio de Atención al Cliente.

1.2. Cable de alimentación y otros cables

No enrolle el cable de alimentación ni tire de él para desenchufar el

aparato. Asimismo, manténgalo alejado de superficies calientes.

Nunca utilice este aparato si el cable o el enchufe están dañados.

En su lugar, llévelo a un Servicio de Atención al Cliente para que

proceda a su sustitución.

1.3. Humedad y agua

No utilice el aparato en lugares húmedos. No deje que el aparato se

moje en ninguna circunstancia, pues puede ser peligroso. Para evitar el

peligro de incendio o descarga eléctrica, no exponga el aparato al agua

o la humedad. Asimismo, no sumerja el aparato (por ejemplo, para

limpiarlo).

1.4. Limpieza

Antes de proceder a la limpieza del aparato, apáguelo. Para obtener

más instrucciones, consulte la sección “2.3. Mantenimiento”.

1.5. Advertencias generales

• Siga las instrucciones de este manual, que le ayudarán a instalar y

utilizar adecuadamente este producto y disfrutar de sus características

• Lea todas las instrucciones antes de usar el aparato.

• Las operaciones de reparación o mantenimiento deben realizarse

• Compruebe siempre que la tensión indicada en el aparato coincide

• Apague siempre el aparato antes de dejarlo sobre un objeto o

• No desenchufe el aparato tirando del cable. Sujete siempre el enchufe

• No utilice el secador cerca de gas u otras sustancias inflamables

• Puesto que el mango del secador contiene componentes eléctricos

integrados, el secador debe fijarse de forma que el mango, en

posición extendida, quede lejos del alcance de una persona que esté

utilizando la ducha o la bañera.

• Cuando use el secador de pelo en un baño, desenchúfelo después de

usarlo, ya que la proximidad del agua representa un peligro incluso

cuando el secador de pelo está apagado. Para protección adicional,

es aconsejable la instalación de un dispositivo de corriente residual

(RCD) que tenga una corriente de operación residual nominal que

no exceda los 30 mA en el circuito eléctrico que suministra el baño.

Solicite asesoramiento a su instalador.

• No utilice el secador con las manos húmedas o en la ducha o bañera.

No utilice el secador cerca del agua, como la bañera, el lavabo u

otros recipientes con agua. No deje ni guarde el secador cerca de

una bañera, lavabo u otro lugar donde esté expuesto al agua u otros

líquidos o a una humedad elevada.

• No limpie el aparato con productos abrasivos o corrosivos.

• El secador está equipado con un sistema de seguridad sensible al

calor. En caso de sobrecalentamiento (por ejemplo, si la rejilla trasera

está cubierta), el secador se detendrá automáticamente. Desconecte

el aparato y deje que se enfríe durante unos minutos. Antes de volver

a encender el aparato, compruebe las rejillas para asegurarse de que

no están bloqueadas con pelusas, pelo, etc.

• No dirija el flujo de aire a los ojos u otras áreas sensibles.

• Es necesario supervisar a los niños o personas con discapacidad que

vayan a utilizar el secador o se encuentren cerca de él.

• Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser reemplazado por

el fabricante, su agente de servicio o personas caliﬁcadas de manera

similar para evitar riesgos.

• Retire inmediatamente el cabello de la rejilla de entrada para que el

aparato siga funcionando correctamente.

• Nunca bloquee las rejillas de aire.

• Limpie el aparato después de su uso para evitar la acumulación de

grasa y otros residuos.

1. Asegúrese de que el interruptor de encendido está en la posición 0.

Enchufe la unidad y encienda el interruptor de encendido.

2. Para secarse el pelo tras lavarlo, ajuste el interruptor de encendido

2.3. Mantenimiento

Limpieza

• Desenchufe siempre el aparato antes de proceder a su limpieza.

• Extraiga la rejilla de entrada de aire del aparato. Limpie la rejilla de

entrada de aire, la boquilla y la boquilla de aire frío y caliente con un

paño húmedo o aclárelos bajo el grifo.

• Una vez seca, vuelva a instalar la rejilla de entrada de aire.

ATENCIÓN: cualquier intento de reparar el aparato sin haber

contactado con el fabricante o el vendedor anulará la garantía.
