SAFETY SUMMARY

instructions MUST be followed:
General warning
DO NOT install or use this equipment without rst reading and understanding
the instructions. If you are unable to understand the Warnings, Cautions or
Instructions, contact a healthcare professional, dealer or technical personnel
before attempting to install this equipment–otherwise, injury or damage may
occur.
User should always consult with their physician or therapist to determine
proper adjustment and usage.
This equipment is NOT intended to be self-propelled while seated.
A physical/occupational therapist should assist in the height adjustment of
the rollator for maximum support and correct brake activation, the xture of
the screw and the position of the quick release/assembly kits.
Always ensure screws are fastened to the connector, so that the connector
can’t move when forced. Ensure the correct position of the quick release/
assembly kits, and they will not fall even with opposite force. Ensure all snap
buttons fully protrude through adjustment holes. Ensure the braking system
is eective when brake handle is locked or released.
Care should be taken to ensure that ALL handles, height adjustment locks,
wheels, brakes or any other functional or moving parts are in good working

All wheels MUST be in contact with the oor at ALL TIMES during use. This will
ensure the upright rollator is properly balanced. The brakes MUST be in the

General warning
When using the rollator in a stationary position, the hand brakes MUST be locked.
DO NOT put your full weight on the linkage component nor use it as a handle
to carry the Walker. It is designed only for the purpose of connecting the two
armrest supports, neither for supporting the user nor carrying the Walker.
DO NOT go up or down inclines greater than 15% or diagonally across inclines
greater than 5% when using as a traditional upright rollator with armrest
locked in horizontal position.
DO NOT ride the rollator with all your weight on the armrests or lean
disproportionately on one of the armrests.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS CAN LEAD TO INJURY.
Stability warning
The Rollator can provide ambulatory assistance to an individual weighing up
to 300 lbs. (136kg), INCLUDING the weight of the contents in the bag.
The Rollator bag has a weight limitation of 10 lbs. (4.5kg)
Folding or assembling warnings
After unfolding or assembling rollator, make sure the seat tubing is securely
locked at both side slots, and the quick release/assembly kits are in their
correct position. All screws must be tightly locked without movement.
DO NOT hang an additional weight on either side of the frame. This may cause
the rollator unbalanced when it is fully unfolded, resulting in injury or damage.
Installation warning
Periodically check the rollator and attachments are properly and securely
