INSTALLING YOUR FIRE
My electric fire cuts out
Important. Your heater has a safety cut out, designed to prevent
it working if it becomes too hot.
1
Unplug your heater and allow it to cool down.
2
Inspect your heater. Clean the grills with a vacuum
cleaner if necessary. If there is any sign of physical
damage (e.g. melting or burning of the case) do not
attempt to use your heater. In this case, contact your
nearest store.
3
Let your heater cool down for at least 15 minutes.
4
The heater can then be switched on again.
My electric fire does not
work when I turn it on
1
Check that your heater is plugged in and the power is
turned on to the socket.
2
Try replacing the fuse in the plug.
3
Check the wiring in the plug.
4
If your heater still doesn't work, please contact your
nearest store.
Plug your heater into a standard electrical

Realistic flames
Your electric fire gives the impression of a real coal fire. To achieve the realistic
flames electric fans are used which may cause a small residual noise when
switched on.
Use the switch on the lefthand of
the electric fire to switch to no
heat, low heat or high heat.
Use the switch on the right
of the electric fire to switch it
on or off.
You can position the mains cable to exit
out of the electric fire from the back or
from the side. It is important to make
sure that the grommet and the cable tie
is securely in place to prevent the cable
from being damaged.
