Blakeslee R-M-50 is a single tank conveyor type dishwasher with a tank bottom 17" 430 mm above the floor to permit easy and thorough cleaning of the tank through a large inspection and cleanout door. It has a capacity of 28.5 gallons 108 l and a pump with a capacity of 215 gallons 807 l per minute. The final rinse is sprayed evenly across the conveyor from nozzles above and below at a rate of 5 gallons 19 l per minute at 20 p.s.i. 138 kPa in accordance with National Sanitation Foundation standards.
