EWC Max-I

Leak Detector

The Elite Max i is equipped with an oponal water leak detecon module. The water leak detecon module

will alert the user with an audible and visual nocaon in the event of a water leak. The leak detecon

module should be installed on the oor where there is a possibility for water leaks.

1. Determine the opmal locaon to mount the leak detector module. (i.e. near water

heater, main line etc.…)

2. The leak detector module has a 15’ cable that must be plugged into the boom of the

Max-I unit. (Figure A)

3. The leak detector has supplied mounng hardware that is used to secure the module

to the surface of the area needing monitoring.

4. The Max-i module will make an audible and visual nocaon if moister is detected.

When the sensor is dried the nocaons will disconnue.
