Do
not
touch
live
electrical
parts.
Shut
down
wire
feeder
and
welding
power
source,
and
disconnect
input
power
employing
lockout/tagging
procedures
before
making
internal
connections.
Lockout/tagging
procedures
consist
of
padlocking
line
disconnect
switch
in
open
position,
removing
fuses
from
fuse
box,
or
shutting
off
and
red-tagging
circuit
breaker
or
other
disconnecting
device.
Disconnect
wire
feeder
input
power
cord
and
weld
cable
from
deenergized
welding
power
source
BE
FORE
moving
wire
feeder.
Remove
and
discard
wooden
shipping
blocks
located
between
tray
and
base
(see
Figure
2).
2.
Install
turntable
at
desired
location.
Allow
room
for
turning.
3.
Install
wire
feeder
onto
turntable
as
follows:
a.
For
60
Series
Wire
Feeders
Install
four
supplied
spacers
into
turntable
tray
at
holes
labeled
A
in
Figure
1.
Position
feeder
so
that
holes
in
feeder
base
align
with
holes
in
spacers.
Secure
feeder
to
spacers
using
four
supplied
10-32x1/2
screws
and
washers.
b.
For
50
Series
Wire
Feeders
Using
four
supplied
1
0-32x1
screws,
install
and
secure
feeder
base
onto
turntable
holes
labeled
A
in
Figure
1.
c.
For
20
Series
Wire
Feeders
Install
three
of
the
supplied
spacers
into
turntable
tray
at
holes
labeled
B
in
Figure
1.
Position
feeder
so
that
holes
in
feeder
base
align
with
holes
in
spacers.
Secure
feeder
to
spacers
using
three
of
the
supplied
10-32x1/2
screws
and
washers.

Feeders
Remove
and
discard
the
two
centermost
base-to-skid
screws
on
each
side
of
the
wire
feeder.
Insert
four
supphed
10-32
x
1-3/8
screws
through
base

skids,

secure
feeder
to
turntable.
