IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using your appliance, basic safety precautions should always
be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or
injury:
1. Do not leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug from outlet
when not in use and before servicing.
2. Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
3. Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close supervision is necessary
when used by or near children.
4. Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's
recommended attachments.
5. Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not
working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors,
or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
6. Do not pull or carry by the cord, use the cord as a handle, close
a door on the cord, or pull the cord around sharp edges or
corners.
7. Do not run the appliance over the cord. Keep the cord away
from heated surfaces.
8. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug, grasp the plug,
not the cord.
9. Do not handle the plug or appliance with wet hands.
10. Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any
opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that
may reduce airflow.
11. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from
openings and moving parts.

12. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as
cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
13. Turn off all controls before unplugging.
14. Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
15. Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids such as
gasoline or use in areas where they may be present.
16. Look on your handheld vacuum cleaner and follow all label and
marking instructions.
17. Using improper voltage may result in damage to the motor and
possible injury to the user. Correct voltage is listed on the rating
label.
18. Keep the end of the hose, wands and other openings away from
your face and body.
19. Do not use the vacuum cleaner without filters or dust container in
place.
20. Always unplug this appliance before connecting or
disconnecting the hose.
21. Store the vacuum cleaner indoors. Put the handheld vacuum
cleaner away after use to prevent tripping accidents.
22. Use only on dry, indoor surfaces.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
POLARIZED PLUG INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit into the
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not properly fit into
the outlet at first, reverse it. If it still does not fit, contact a competent
qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.

ASSEMBLING THE VACUUM CLEANER
Remove the packaging from the appliance and its attachments.
Put the flexible hose with the flexible side into the hose
connection inlet of the
appliance. Connect the
handle of the flexible hose
and add the plastic tubes.
After having assembled the
handle and tubes, you can
attach the accessory of your
choice to the plastic tubes.
The accessories can also be
assembled directly to the appliance
or the handle of the flexible hose,
without using the tubes.
To use the handheld vacuum cleaner with
the shoulder belt, attach it to the unit as
shown.
USE
Insert the plug into the power socket and switch on the
appliance (switch in position “I”)
The floor brush can be used for daily cleaning of large surfaces,
hard floors or fitted carpet.
The nozzles can be used for mattresses, couches, curtains or
wallpaper. To use the large brush attachment, slide it along the
upholstery brush.

AFTER USE
Switch off the appliance by pressing the on/off switch (switch in
position “0”).
Disconnect the plug from the electric outlet and press the cord
rewind button.
CLEANING THE FILTER
Permanent filter
Release the dust container of the
appliance by pressing the release
button.
Remove the permanent filter and
empty the dust container. Shake
out the permanent filter carefully.
Put the permanent filter back into the
dust container and close dust container.
Large objects might block the plastic tube or the flexible hose.
This does not mean that you have to empty the dust collector.
You just have to remove the object, which blocks your tube or
flexible hose, and your appliance will function properly again. To
do so, do not forget to disconnect the plug from the electric
outlet first.
Your vacuum cleaner possesses an air filter, which protects the
engine and guarantees pure air during cleaning.
