Before connecting the adapter and tips, please check that you have all the
items and familiarise yourself with this Quick Start Guide.

Remove all packaging from the unit. Retain the packaging. If you
dispose of it please do so according to local regulations.
The following items are included:

Conrm the Brand, Voltage and
output wattages of your
notebook.
Make sure the voltage is between
18 VDC and 20 VDC, and output
watts are less then 90 W.
Check the Compatibility Table to
nd out which tip should be used
for the brand of your notebook.
Connect the tip to the adapter
DC cable connector.
Connect the DC cable with the
correct tip to the power
socket on your notebook.
Connect the AC cable to the
adapter rst, then connect it
to the mains power socket.
Using an incorrect tip for your notebook computer may damage
your computer or cause it to malfunction. Do not use excessive
force to insert the tip into your notebook computer!

• Using your Adapter with non-approved accessories may result in serious

• Your Adapter is suitable for use only with notebook computers. Do not

• When operating your Adapter, regularly check that all connections are

sunlight. Your Adapter should be used in temperatures between 0-40˚C.
