Controler for gas heater and
gas air curtain

This thermostat is designed for control of gas warm air
curtains, fan heaters and allows you to maintain the required
temperature of the room.
Mounting Location:
This thermostat is restricted to be used in indoor only. It
should be mounting on an inner wall about 1.5m above the
floor in a position where it is readily affected by changes of
the general room temperature with freely circulating air. It is
avoid to be mounted on hot surfaces (e.g. TV, heater,
refrigerator), or exposed to direct sunshine, or draughts, or
equipment radiation or in laundry room. Do not expose this
unit to moisture. Do not expose this unit to dipping or
splashing.
To mount the thermostat:
Disassemble panel by unscrewing the two screws on
the front panel (step 1, 2, 3, 4 in Fig. 1).
Disconnect «Reset» button with the quick release plug
Connect cables to the terminal blocks according to
wiring diagram. Do not use metal conduits or of
cables provided with a metal shealth.
Installation must be carried out by trained personnel.
Load current on the pilot signal (P) - 0.3 A
Fix the thermostat on the wall and assemble the front
panel
To do this:
Connect the «Reset» button to the socket
Move the slide switches to the down position
(5a).
Move the knobs to the down position (5b).
Align the 3 buttons proper so that they fit well
with the front panel (6a, 6b).
Install the cover (7,8) and fasten the two screws
(9,10).

Operation:
The control panel has two slide switches and three buttons.
Heater/Air curtain Switch:
Air curtain
A limit switch must be connected to S1 and
S2 to enable the output
Heater Output is enabled without a limit switch
Heating/Off/Ventilation Switch:

A remote fault signal can be connected at “D” terminal.
When a 220V~ fault signal is present, fault LED on the front
panel will lit.
Characters in the LCD-display when using the product:
If the temperature is below +5,0 °C, LCD appears
«LO» together with a "snowflake."
If the temperature is above +35,0 °C - the symbol «HI»
is shown.
Setting temperature can be adjusted in the range of
+5,0 °C to +35,0 °C.
To adjust the setting temperature, press button
and LCD will show a hand icon. Adjust setting
temperatue with and buttons. To return to the
display of the ambient temperature, press the -
button again. The icon disappears. If no button is
pressed for 10 seconds, the ambient temperature is
displayed automatically.
If heating is activated, "thermometer" icon will be
flashing on the display. If heating is off,
"thermometer" icon will be on continuously.
