So, you can dry not only fruit or mushrooms, but also meat, fish or vegetables. Drying is carried out in a vertical airflow. Warm air rises through the trays and allows the products to dry evenly. The device is equipped with 5 trays and can hold up to 40 liters of products. It has 245W power and works with 230V voltage.
