Carefully read this manual before using this appliance.
Ensure that you know how the appliance functions and how to operate it.

instruction manual must be supplied with it.
The safety instructions do not by themselves eliminate any danger completely and proper
accident prevention measures must always be used.
No liability can be accepted for any damage caused by non-compliance with these instructions
or any other improper use or mishandling.
Do not use this appliance if it has been dropped or damaged in any way, or if the supply cord is
damaged.

GENERAL AND ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Do not use this appliance for any use other than its intended purpose
When using electric appliances always observe safety regulations where applicable to reduce
the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury. Always check that the power supply
corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate. Always unplug the appliance when not in use.
Supply Cord and Plug
Always unplug from mains supply when not in use. Do not abuse or damage the power cord. If
the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. Do not let the supply cord touch hot
surfaces.
Children and Infirm Persons
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety. Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
Water
Do not immerse appliance in water. Do not immerse any part of this appliance or
supply cord in water. Do not use with wet hands or use in damp situations.
Use and Environment
Do not use outdoors. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of any table or bench top.
Only the original pot must be used with this appliance, ensure that the cooking surface is flat
and of a heat resistant material.
CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this
appliance must not have power supplied through an external to a circuit that is regularly
switched on and off by the utility.
This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
Caution - Hot surface
The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating. Do not
touch hot surfaces. Use handles, Knobs, gloves or cloth when required. Make sure that the
appliance is switched off, unplugged and sufficiently cooled before cleaning or storage.
To avoid the danger of fire, never leave the appliance unattended.
Earth Safety
This appliance must be earthed. Only connect to a suitably earthed 220-240V ~ 50Hz supply
socket.
Damaged or Dropped
Always inspect your appliance before use. Check parts are correctly attached. Do not use this
appliance if it has been damaged, dropped, left outdoors or dropped in water. Return it to an
authorised service dealer for examination and repair.

Before First Use
Before using your Cooking Master, please ensure you read all safety and operating instructions
thoroughly, and follow the below steps prior to use.
Remove all packaging materials (including the polystyrene under the pan) and literature from
inside gift box.
Uncoil the cord and straighten it to remove any kinks.
Wipe the exterior housing and inner surface of the Cooking Master with a damp cloth, do not
immerse it in water or other liquids, and then dry thoroughly.
Prior to first use, wash the pan in warm soapy water, and then rinse and dry the heating pot
thoroughly.
Wash the low rack, Steam rack and Frying basket in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry
thoroughly.
Select a flat, stable, dry surface to operate the Cooking Master.
NOTE: The Cooking Master may emit a slight burning smell when it is being used for the first time.
Do not be alarmed, this is normal and due to manufacturing residue.
OPERATION
Operating Instructions
1. “Start / Stop”
Connect the power plug to a suitable 220-240V outlet and switch the outlet on, you will hear a
"beep" sound and the LED will turn on and show 0:00 this shows the unit is in standby mode.
Select the temperature required (refer below temperature instructions), then press the "Power"
button to start. The Timer can be adjusted while the unit has started by pressing the “ + “ or “ –
“ button. To stop the unit and return to the standby mode please press “Power” again.
2. “Temperature”
Press the "TEMP" button once, the default temperature for this appliance is 80 degrees, time
is default at 30 minutes, the temperature indicator will show 80
o
C and the LED display starts
flashing.
To adjust the Temperature to your required level press and release the “Temp” button, each
consecutive press will increase the temperature.
Once you reach 240
o
C the following press will start again at 80
o
C
When the required Temperature is selected, press “Power” to start the appliance, once
started a different temperature cannot be selected.
To change the temperature while cooking, press the “Power” key to enter standby mode,
select the new temperature required with the “Temp” button and press the “Power” key to
start again.
3. “Timer”
Press "+" or "-" button to adjust the time to what you require. Each press of the button will
adjust the time by 1 minute, if the “+” or “-“ button is held down the time will be adjusted
by increments of 10 minutes. The maximum time setting is 9 hours 59 minutes. (You can
adjust the time after setting up the temperature or during operation as required).
4. “Function”
a. Keep warm: put the food directly in the non-stick heating pot, and then close the lid.
Press the "TEMP" button and the temperature indicator will display 80 degrees, and
display on LED screen starts flashing. Press the “power” key, the time on the LED display
will stop flashing and enter into keep warm status. During keep warm process, press"+",
"-" button to adjust the time as your require. When the timer finishes, it will beep five
times and return to standby mode automatically.
b. Slow Cook: Place the soup material or food directly in the non-stick heating pot, and
then close the lid. Press the "TEMP" key to 100-120, the corresponding temperature
indicator will turn on and the temperature symbol on LED display will blink. Press the
"POWER” function key to start, and the LED display will stop flashing. During the slow
cook process, press “+” or -“ key to adjust the required time. When the timer finishes, it
will beep five times and return to standby mode automatically.
Do not open the lid during the slow cooking process, it will affect the moisture and heat
of your Soup or food.
c. Boil: Put the food or rice directly in the non-stick heating pot, add the appropriate
amount of water, and then close the lid. Press the "TEMP." key to 140-160, the
corresponding temperature indicator shall be on and the temperature symbol on the LED
display will blink. Press the "POWER” function key to start, and the LED display will stop
flashing. During the boil process, press “+”, “-“key to adjust the required time. When the
timer finishes, it will beep five times and return to standby mode automatically.
d. Deep Fry: Pour the oil into the pan; ensure the oil does not go above the MAX line.
Press the "TEMP" key to 180-200, the corresponding temperature indicator shall be on
and the temperature symbol on the LED display will blink. Press the "POWER” function
key to start, and the LED display will stop flashing. Once the oil has been brought to the
required temperature, place your food into the Fry Basket and slowly lower it into the
pan. During cooking, press “+”, -“key to adjust the required time. When the timer
finishes, it will beep five times and return to standby mode automatically.
e. Fry: Press the "TEMP." key to 200-220, the corresponding temperature indicator shall
be on and the temperature symbol on the LED display will blink. Press the "POWER”
function key to start, and the LED display will stop flashing. During While Frying, press
“+”, “-“key to adjust the required time. When the timer finishes, it will beep five times
and return to standby mode automatically.
f. Steam: Put the rack in the non-stick heating pot. Then add 2 cups of water, make sure
to keep water below the rack, put the food onto the rack and close the lid. Press the
"TEMP." key to 200-220, the corresponding temperature indicator shall be on and the
temperature symbol on the LED display will blink. Press the "POWER” function key to
start, and the LED display will stop flashing. During While Steaming, press “+”, -“key to
adjust the required time. When the timer finishes, it will beep five times and return to
standby mode automatically.
g. Hot Pot: Place your Food into non-stick heating pot. Press the "Temp" key to 220-240,
the corresponding temperature indicator shall be on and the temperature symbol on the
LED display will blink. Press the "POWER” function key to start, and the LED display will
stop flashing. During While cooking, press “+”, “-“key to adjust the required time. When
the timer finishes, it will beep five times and return to standby mode automatically.
h. Stir-fry: Press the "Temp" key to 220-240, the corresponding temperature indicator
shall be on and the temperature symbol on the LED display will blink. Press the "POWER”
function key to start, and the LED display will stop flashing. Pour the required amount of
oil into the non-stick pot, then carefully place the food in it, stir fry the food to heat.
During the stir-fry process, press “+”, “-“key to adjust the required time. When the timer
finishes, it will beep five times and return to standby mode automatically.
i. Grill: Place the Grill rack in the non-stick heating potthen place the marinated chicken
or other food onto the rack and close the lid. Press the "Temp” key to 220-240, the
corresponding temperature indicator shall be on and the temperature symbol on the LED
display will blink. Press the "POWER” function key to start, and the LED display will stop
flashing. During the Grill process, press “+”, “- key to adjust the required time. When
the timer finishes, it will beep five times and return to standby mode automatically.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: To prevent damage to the appliance do not use alkaline cleaning agents when cleaning,
use a soft cloth and a mild detergent.
Regular maintenance of your appliance will keep it safe and in proper operational order.
Before Cleaning
When not in use or before cleaning, always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply.
ALWAYS ENSURE THE APPLIANCE HAS COOLED COMPLETELY BEFORE CLEANING.
Cleaning
Regularly clean the outside of the appliance with a soft damp cloth and dry it with a dry towel. Do
not immerse in water. Do not use harsh solvents to clean the plastic.
Immediately after use wipe the cooking surface with a tissue or paper towel to remove any residue
and then wipe the pan with a hot damp cloth. Do not use any metal tool, abrasive scouring pad,
steel wool or other hard cleaning product to clean the surface of the cooking plates, as they may
scratch the non-stick surface.
Should any residue be difficult to remove, pour a small amount of cooking oil onto the plate and
leave for five minutes. When the residue has softened, wipe clean.
Store in a Safe Place
When not in use store your appliance and all its accessories and instruction manual in a safe and
dry place
