- Recommendations -

Read these instructions carefully

as they contain important

information about safe installation,

use, and maintenance. Keep this

manual with care for future reference.

•

Before using the appliance, make sure

it is in perfect working order. The motor

unit (1), the cover (8), the basket (6),

the juice chute (5), the separator (7)

and the cups (3 and 4) must not show

any breaks or cracks.

The sheath and plug on the power

cable must not show any cracks or

breakages.

If the conditions described above are

observed, immediately unplug the

appliance from mains outlet and take

it to an authorized After-Sales Service

Centre for necessary checking.

This appliance is not intended for

use by persons (including children)

with reduced physical, sensory

or mental capabilities, or lack of

experience and knowledge, unless

they have been given supervision

or instruction concerning use of the

appliance by a person responsible

for their safety.

Children should be

supervised to ensure

that they do not play

with the appliance.

•

Do not leave the appliance unattended

while turned on.

•

Before inserting the plug into the mains

socket make sure that the switch (10) is

set to “0” (0FF).

•

For your personal safety, we suggest

that you power the appliance by

means of a differential switch (RCD),

whose operating current does not

exceed 30mA.

•

Never put the motor unit into water

motor unit (1).

•

After every use, carefully clean all the

parts that come into contact with food

by following the advice and indications

contained in the chapter “Cleaning”.

•

Use the appliance only on a horizontal

stable surface.

Do not use the appliance to process

excessively hard or À brous foods

(e.g. rhubarb).

DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE IF THE

BASKET (6) IS BROKEN OR JUST

SLIGHTLY DAMAGED.

•

The basket (6) is a very delicate

component; it must be kept efÀ cient

and should not be used, even if

only slightly damaged. It should be

replaced at least every year if the

appliance is used frequently.

•

Do not put your À ngers into the duct on

the cover as this could cause injury.

Do not remove the cover (8) from the

motor unit (1) without À rst having

removed the plug from the mains

socket.

•

To prevent the appliance from

overheating, do not run the appliance for

more than three minutes continuously.

When working large quantities of food,

use the appliance for periods of a

maximum of two minutes followed by

two minutes of pause.

After each use disconnect the plug from

the mains outlet.

Préparer les aliments à centrifuger en

les coupant en morceaux de dimensions

adaptées, aÀ n de pouvoir les insérer

dans le conduit (8a) du couvercle (8).

Éliminer les parties dures (noyaux,

nœuds, etc.).

Brancher l’appareil au réseau électrique

en vériÀ ant que les caractéristiques

du réseau correspondent à celles

reportées sur la plaque signalétique de

l’appareil.

Lancer l’appareil en déplaçant

l’interrupteur de marche (10) sur la

vitesse souhaitée :

petite vitesse pour les aliments à

pulpe tendre,

grande vitesse pour les aliments

consistants (par exemple les carottes,

le céleri, etc.)

•

Introduire l’aliment préalablement coupé

dans le conduit (8a) du couvercle (8)

(Fig. “N”).

•

Pour faciliter l’opération de

centrifugation, utiliser le pressoir (9)

aÀ n d’appuyer les aliments, sans forcer,

contre la lame du panier (6) (Fig. “P”).

Ne jamais appuyer sur les aliments

avec les doigts ou un ustensile

(cuillère, fourchette, etc.). Toujours

utiliser le pressoir (9).

•

Le jus et les matières solides sont

automatiquement séparés. Le jus est

convoyé dans le verre (3) à travers

le bec (5a) et les matières solides

dans le verre de récupération (4).Ceci

permet de traiter une grande quantité

d’aliments avant de devoir nettoyer

l’appareil.

•

Lors du fonctionnement, arrêter l’appareil,

si nécessaire, en reportant l’interrupteur

de marche (10) sur

“

0

”

(OFF) et vider les

verres de récupération (3 et 4).

Conseils

•

Préparer les fruits ou les légumes à

traiter en les lavant, en les épluchant

et en les coupant aÀ n de pouvoir les

insérer dans le conduit (8a).

•

Éplucher les aliments et retirer les

noyaux ou les tiges des aliments avant

de les traiter.

•

Insérer les fruits et les légumes coupés

dans le conduit d’alimentation (8a) et

les pousser délicatement vers le bas à

l’aide du pressoir (9).

Ne pas pousser les aliments avec les

doigts ou un objet quelconque, mais

toujours utiliser le pressoir (9).

•

Pour les carottes, ne pas les pousser

directement dans le conduit d’alimentation

mais les couper en morceaux et les

pousser à l’aide du pressoir (9).

•

Pour les fruits comme l’avocat ou la

banane, le résultat obtenu ressemblera

à une purée plutôt qu’à un jus.

•

Des aliments comme le melon, la banane,

l’avocat, le kiwi et autres, ne sont pas

adaptés au traitement de la centrifugeuse

à cause de leur type de pulpe.

•

Pour les légumes frais comme les

épinards, la laitue, le chou, etc., les

enrouler et en faire des petites boulettes

avant de les insérer dans le conduit

d’alimentation (8a).

•

Pour un meilleur résultat, s’assurer

que le panier (6), le convoyeur (5), le

séparateur (7) et le bec de sortie du jus

(5a) ne sont pas colmatés.

•

L’emploi de fruits très mûrs entraîne

l’obtention d’un jus particulièrement

dense.

The appliance is provided with a safety switch (11) on the motor unit (1)

that does not allow the appliance to start if the cover (8) is not positioned

correctly.

Do not run the appliance after manipulating the safety switch (11).

Démontage et assemblage

À la première utilisation de l’appareil

ou après une longue période

d’inutilisation, il est conseillé de

nettoyer toutes ses pièces (voir

le chapitre “Nettoyage”). Rincer

abondamment et essuyer les pièces

avant de les utiliser.

Pour démonter l’appareil, opérer comme suit :

Soulever les crochets de sécurité (2)

(Fig. “C”).

•

Retirer le couvercle (8) (Fig. “E”).

•

Retirer le panier (6) du bloc moteur (1)

(Fig. “F”).

Le panier (6) est particulièrement

délicat.

Le manipuler avec précaution.

•

Retirer le séparateur de pulpe (7) et le

convoyeur du jus (5) (Fig. “F”).

•

Retirer le verre (4) du bloc moteur (1)

(Fig. “G”).

Pour assembler l’appareil :

•

Placer tout d’abord le convoyeur du

jus (5) sur le bloc moteur (1) puis le

séparateur de pulpe (7) (Fig. “F”).

•

Insérer le panier (6) sur le joint

d’entraînement (1c) en le poussant

vers le bas jusqu’à entendre le “clic” de

l’accrochage (Fig. “H”).

•

Placer correctement le couvercle (8) et

le À xer au bloc moteur (1) à l’aide des

crochets de sécurité (2) (Fig. “D”).

L’interrupteur de sécurité (11) ne

permet pas le fonctionnement de

l’appareil si le couvercle (8) n’est pas

correctement accroché.

•

Retirer le verre de récupération du jus

(3) du verre de récupération de la pulpe

(4) (Fig. “L”).

•

Placer le verre de récupération de la

pulpe (4) sur le bloc moteur (1), comme

illustré sur la Fig. “M”.

Utilisation

Avant d’utiliser l’appareil, s’assurer

que le panier (6) n’est pas abîmé. Si

c’est le cas, le remplacer avec une

rechange d’origine.

•

Placer le verre de récupération du jus

(3) sous le bec (5a) (Fig. “M”).

•

S’assurer que le verre de récupération

de la pulpe (4) est correctement

positionné (Fig. “M”).

Dismounting and assembly

(Fig. C / M)

When using for the À rst time or after

a long period of disuse carefully

clean all the parts (see “Cleaning”

chapter).Rinse thoroughly and dry

the parts before using them again.

To dismount the appliance, proceed as

follows:

Before cleaning,

ALWAYS remove

the plug from the

mains socket.

•

Lift the safety hooks (2) (À gure “C”).

•

Remove the cover (8) (À gure “E”).

•

Remove the basket (6) from motor unit

(1) (À gure “F”).

The basket (6) is particularly delicate.

Handle with care.

•

Remove the pulp À lter (7) and the juice

chute (5) (À gure “F”).

•

Remove the cups (4) from the motor unit

(1) (À gure “G”).

To correctly assemble the appliance:

•

First place the juice chute (5) on the

motor unit (1), then the pulp À lter (7)

(À gure “F”).

•

Insert the basket (6) on the drive joint

(1c) pressing it downwards until you

hear the “click” of it engaging

(À gure “H”).

•

Correctly position the cover (8) and À x

it to the motor unit (1) with the special

safety hooks (2) (À gure “D”).

The safety switch (11) prevents the

operation of the appliance if the

cover (8) is not correctly engaged.

•

Remove the juice collection cup (3) from

the pulp collection cup (4) (À gure “L”).

•

Place the pulp collection cup (4) on the

motor unit (1) as illustrated in À gure

“M”.

Use

Before using the appliance, make

sure that the basket (6) is not

damaged. In such case, replace

with original spares.

•

Place the juice collection cup (3) under

the spout (5a) (À gure “M”).

•

Make sure that the pulp collection cup

(4) is correctly positioned (À gure “M”).

•

Prepare the food to be processed by

cutting it into suitably sized pieces so

they can be inserted in the duct (8a) of

the cover (8).

Throw out the hard parts (nuts,

stones etc.).

•

Connect the appliance to the mains,

ensuring that the mains data matches

that shown on the data plate on the

appliance.

•

Start the appliance setting the on/off

switch (10) on to the desired speed:

- low speed for food with soft pulp.

- high speed for solid food (e.g.

carrots, celery etc.)

•

Place the previously cut food into the

duct (8a) on the cover (8) (À gure “N”).

•

To facilitate the blending operation use

the presser (9) to press the food against

the blade in the basket (6) without

forcing it (À gure “P”).

Never press the food down with

À ngers or other tools (spoon, fork,

etc.). Always use the special presser

(9).

•

Juice and pulp are automatically

separated, the juice is sent into the cup

(3) through the spout (5a) while the pulp

is sent into the special collection cup

(4). This means that a large quantity of

food can be processed without having

to clean the appliance.

•

If you need to empty the collection cups

(3 e 4) during use, stop the appliance

by setting the on/off switch (10) to “0”

(OFF).

Tips

•

Prepare the fruit or vegetables to be

processed by washing and cutting as

necessary then insert it into the duct

(8a).

•

Peel and remove the seeds or cores

from the food before processing them.

•

Insert the cut fruit and vegetables into

the feeding duct (8a) and gently push it

downwards with the presser (9).

Do not use À ngers or other objects

to press down the food, always use

the presser (9).

•

When using carrots, do not place

directly into the chute but cut them into

pieces and push down with the presser

(9).

•

When processing fruit such as avocado

or bananas the result will be closer to a

puree than a fruit juice.

•

Food such as melon, banana, avocado,

kiwi and similar are not suitable for

blending due to the type of pulp they

have.

•

Roll up fresh vegetables such as

spinach, cabbage, lettuce etc into balls

before putting into the food duct (8a).

•

For the best results, make sure that

the basket (6), the juice chute (5), the

separator (7) and the juice-pouring

spout (5a) are not blocked.

•

When using very mature fruit, the juice

extracted will be quite heavy.

In this case, make sure that the juice

density does not block the pouring spout

(5a).

•

Do not process excessively hard or

À brous foods such as rhubarb.

Le panier (6) est une pièce délicate. Il

Pour éviter de se blesser, ne pas introduire

les doigts dans le conduit du couvercle.

Ne pas retirer le couvercle (8) du bloc

moteur (1) sans avoir tout d’abord

débranché la fiche de la prise de

courant.

•

Pour éviter toute surchauffe de l’appareil,

ne pas dépasser trois minutes de

fonctionnement en continu. Si l’on doit

traiter de grandes quantités d’aliments,

alterner des périodes de fonctionnement

de deux minutes avec des périodes de

pause de deux minutes au moins.

Après chaque utilisation, toujours

retirer la fiche de la prise de

courant.

To clean the basket (6) carefully use a

small soft brush.

Do NOT wash the basket (6) in a

dishwasher.

The basket is particularly delicate.

Handle with care.

•

Discoloration that may occur when

the appliance comes into contact with

certain foods (e.g. an orange colour

when carrots are blended) can be

removed with a cloth soaked in cooking

oil.

Before inserting the plug in the mains

outlet, ensure that the appliance and

all its components are completely

dry.

•

Before putting the appliance away,

put the power cord in the special

compartment (1b) on the bottom of the

motor unit (1) (À gure “A”).

•

The juice collection cup (3) can be

stored inside the pulp collection cup (4)

(À gure “L”).

Handle the basket (6) with great care

to avoid cutting or damaging it.

A damaged basket (6) will prejudice

the correct working efficiency of

the appliance and its efficiency.

Replace the basket (6) if damaged

or broken.

Cleaning (Fig. Q)

Before cleaning,

ALWAYS remove

the plug from the

mains socket.

•

To clean the motor unit (1) use a damp

cloth and avoid abrasive detergents.

Never immerse the motor unit (1) in

water or other liquids (À gure “Q”).

Never wash the motor unit (1) in the

dishwasher.

•

All parts, except the motor unit (1),

can be washed with warm water and

ordinary detergents for dishes as long

as they have a low alkaline content.

It is NOT recommended to wash the

parts in a dishwasher.

that the product, at the

end of its useful life, must

be treated separately from

domestic waste. It must be

taken to a recycling centre for electrical

and electronic appliances or turned in

to the point of sale when purchasing a

new, equivalent, appliance.

The user is responsible for taking the

appliance to the recycling centre at the

end of its life, under penalty of the san-

ctions foreseen by the current legisla-

tion on waste handling.

Correct consignment of the no-longer

used appliance to a recycling centre for

treatment and environmentally compa-

tible elimination contributes to avoiding

• Read these instructions carefully as they

Keep this manual with care for future

reference.

• After removing the packaging, and

before using the appliance, make sure

the appliance and all the accessories

are working well.

If you have any doubt, do not use

the appliance until you consult a

professionally qualiÀ ed electrician.

• The packing materials (plastic bags,

expanded polystyrene, nails, etc)

should be kept away from children since

they are potential sources of danger.

• Before connecting the appliance, make

sure the line voltage is correct. The tag

is located on the bottom of the body of

the motor unit.

• If the plug does not À t into the wall

outlet, have the wall outlet replaced with

another type by a qualiÀ ed electrician.

He must also check that the cord is

suitable for the power absorbed by the

appliance. In general, it is not advisable

to use an adaptor, multiple sockets, or

an extension cord.

If they are necessary,

use only simple or multiple adaptors

and extension cords that conform to

safety regulations, being careful not to

exceed the load limits indicated on the

adaptor and the extension cord, and

the maximum power indicated on the

multiple adaptor.

 This appliance should only be used

for the purpose for which it was

made: as a blender for domestic

• Before performing any cleaning or

maintenance operation, disconnect

the appliance from the mains outlet by

removing the plug from the socket or by

switching off the electrical installation.

• If the appliance breaks down or functions

improperly, shut it off and do not tamper

with it.

Repairs must only be carried out by

an after-sales centre authorized by the

manufacturer. Always insist of genuine

spare parts.

Non-compliance with what has been

stated above could compromise the

safety of the appliance.

• If you decide not to use the appliance of

this type anymore, it is recommended

that you make it inoperable by cutting

off the mains cord after removing the

plug from the mains outlet.

You should also render harmless those

parts of the appliance that could be

dangerous, especially for children who

might use an abandoned appliance as

a toy.

 Installation must be performed

according to the manufacturer’s

instructions. Incorrect installation

could cause damage to person,

animals and things, for which

the manufacturer cannot be held

• To avoid dangerous overheating, it

and that you use the appliance as

Para limpiar el cesto (6) utilice un

cepillo de cerdas suaves trabajando

con delicadeza.

NO lave el cesto (6) en lavavajillas.

El cesto es muy delicado.

Manéjelo con cuidado.

•

La coloración que podrían asumir las

partes del aparato en contacto con

alimentos (naranja cuando se licuan

zanahorias) puede eliminarse usando

un paño húmedo embebido en aceite

comestible.

Antes de enchufar el enchufe de

alimentación en la toma de red,

asegúrese que el aparato y todos

los componentes estén totalmente

secos y montados correctamente.

•

Antes de guardar el aparato, coloque el

cable de alimentación en el respectivo

vano (1b) presente en el fondo de la

base motor (1) (À gura “A”).

•

El vaso recoge zumo (3) puede ser

colocado en el vaso recoge pulpa (4)

(À gura “L”).

En este caso asegúrese que la densidad

del zumo no sea tal de obstruir la

boquilla de descarga (5a).

•

No trabaje alimentos muy duros o

fibrosos como por ejemplo el

rabárbaro.

Maneje con máximo cuidado el

cesto (6) para no cortarse o para no

dañarlo.

Un cesto (6) dañado compromete el

funcionamiento correcto del aparato

como su eÀ ciencia.

Sustituir el cesto (6) si está magullado

o roto.

Limpieza (Fig. Q)

Antes de efectuar

la operación

de limpieza,

desconecte

SIEMPRE el

enchufe de la toma

de corriente.

•

Utilice un paño húmedo para la limpieza

de la base del motor (1) y evite el uso

de detergentes abrasivos.

No sumerja nunca la base del motor

(1) en agua o en otros líquidos

(À gura “Q”).

Nunca lave la base del motor (1) en

la lavavajillas.

•

La limpieza de todos los componentes,

con excepción de la base motor (1),

puede ser efectuada con agua tibia

y detergentes normales para vajillas

siempre que tenga un bajo contenido

de agentes alcalinos.

Se aconseja NO lavar dichos

componentes en lavavajillas.
