SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Hints on Connection
Read all instructions carefully.
Check the product rating label and make sure the water urn voltage is  t for your
outlet voltage before using.
The plug should be connected to the earth block.
Do not use the water boiler if the cord or plug is damaged, it should be replaced
before using.
If the water boiler malfunctions or is damaged, please call customer services for
checking and repairing.
Switch off the button before removing the plug.
Always switch off before trying to move the water boiler.
Grasp the plug when you remove it. Do not pull the cord.
Do not let the power cord hang over edge of a table.
Place the water boiler securely at the centre of the table.
Do not switch on the water boiler if the water tank is empty.
Do not place the water boiler near a gas cooker, electric burner or heated oven.
Power cord and plug must not touch water in the case of a leakage.
Please remove the plug from outlet, and cool off the plug before cleaning.
Press the Switch Off button, and remove the plug after using.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such
as: staff kitchen areas in shops, of ces and other working environments, farm
houses, by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments, bed and
breakfast type environments. Do not use this appliance outdoors.
The appliance requires a 13Amp -16Amp plug.
The appliance is only to be installed in locations where it can be overseen by
trained personnel.
Never leave the unit unattended.
Instructions for safe use
CAUTION
Risk of bruns! The surface of the water boiler gets very hot during use.
Do not touch the surface.
Do not remove the lid while boiling.
Position the lid so that steam is directed away from the handle.
Do not carry the urn while it contains water.

If the appliance is overlled, boiling water may overow.
If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
The appliance is not suitable for installation in an area where a water jet could be
used.
The appliance must not be cleaned by a water jet. The appliance must not be
immersed in water or liquid.
Note: Children must not use the appliance! Persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or those with a lack of experience and knowledge may only
use the device if they are instructed on how to do so by a person responsible for their
safety, or if they are supervised and understand the hazards associated with the use
of the device.
OPERATION
How to make wort
The element cover should be put in the urn, as it prevents the „stuffs“ caking onto
element and burn out the urn. Pour water into the urn. Grind the malt, and heat it up
to 55-65 °C, keep heating it up constantly in 3 hours. String it every 30mins. After 3
hours, get a spoon of „wort“ and use iodine to test it every 10mins. If it not shows „light
blue“, it means the starch turn into Malt. Opposite, please keep the above instruction
and do the testing again.

Please use lter to get rid off the residue. There is lter in the urn, if the residue is too
small, please use a gauze to ltrate the residue.
Please boil the „wort“ for 30 mins. And then do the sediment process. Please re-do the
ltrate step again until you get lucid liquid. Please cool it down to 10-12 °C.
Clockwise the timer when you need it. The timer range is from 10-120 min. There are two
modes of timer:
Automatic timer mode: you can select any time between 10-120 min (turn timer
knob clockwise.)
Continuous operation mode: The switch is set to „ON“ position.
Pre-fermentation
Please prepare yeast, the yeast dosage is 10% of „wort“ liquid. Please prepare 250ml
„wort“ and mix it with yeast in a disinfectant content and stir it. Make sure you the
„mixture“ under 20-25℃ environment tempera- ture to cultivate for 12-24 hours. (the
more yeast you put, the fermentation process is faster). always string the „mixture“, when
the fermentation is done, put it in a big urn and mixture it will all „wort“ which had been
prepared.
Main Fermentation
The main fermentation takes 5 to 7 days. The temperature should be kept at 8-12 °C.
18-24 hours later: bubbles will be on the liquid surface.

2nd-3rd day: there will be more bubbles.
4th-6th day: the bubbles will start to sink.
After the bubble nish sinking, please taste the fermentation juice, when you feel the
taste is smooth, and with yeast taste, the beer is ready.

CLEANING AND CARE
The device must be cleaned immediately after the brewing process. Avoid surface
drying of wort and malt remnants, as this will signicantly impair the cleaning
process.
All stainless steel components can be cleaned using a conventional detergent.
Abrasive agents and sponges/brushes that cause scratching are not suitable.
Ideally use a pipe cleaner thread to clean the bottom element part.
When cleaning the brewing vessel ensure that no water spray or moisture comes
into contact with the electrical components. The Plug must be disconnected for
performing cleaning activities.
Before starting the brewing process, remove all dust and dirt from the device and all
internal ttings by means of warm water.
