Safety

• Improper use, storage, or installation of the HaulAll Sport Rack System could result in death or

serious injury.

• Periodically check nuts and bolts for tightness.

• Weight capacity of loading ramps is 2,000 lbs (1,000 lbs per ramp).

Assembly

Step 1. Lay out a tarp or cardboard to avoid scratching or scung the rack during assembly.

Step 2. Lay out bottom side base supports (Q)

with L-shape facing outward, front and rear bottom

braces (V), corner upright supports (R) with tie-

down loops facing away from inside of rack, and

middle upright supports (S).

Step 3. Secure upright supports to side cross

braces (W) with 12 M12-1.75 x 80mm bolts

(B). Hand tighten bolts and lock nuts to en-

sure proper tment in future steps.

Step 4. Place headache rack (N) into front

corner upright supports, middle upper cross

support (O) into middle upright supports, and

rear upper cross support (P) into rear cor-

ner upright supports. Secure upper supports

using 6 M12-1.75 x 80mm bolts (B). Hand

tighten bolts and lock nuts to ensure proper

tment in future steps.

Step 5. Secure support bars (U) to upper cross supports with 24 M10-1.5 x 48mm bolts (D). Tighten

bolts with 14mm or 11/16” wrench and 17mm wrench.

Step 6. Tighten ALL loose bolts.

Step 7. Secure ramp clamp (I)

to rear corner upright (R) with

2 M12-1.75 x 80mm bolts (B).

Ramp clamp should be facing

inside of rack. Tighten with 3/4”

or 19mm wrench.

Step 8. Install ramp clamp hook (J) to ramp clamp (I) with

1 M10-1.5 x 38mm bolt (E). Tighten with 17mm wrench but

make sure the ramp clamp hook can freely pivot. Insert 1

ramp holder pin (G). Repeat steps 7-8 with other side.

Step 9. Install ramp holder bolt (A) to ramp middle support bar (T). Repeat with other ramp holder

bolt and ramp middle support bar.

Step 10. Install ramp middle

support bar assembly to middle

upright support (S) and middle

upper cross support (O) with

M12-1.75 x 80mm bolt (B).

Tighten bolts with 3/4” or 19mm

wrench. Repeat with other side.

Step 11. Depending on loading application, place diamond

plate runners (X) on top of rack and secure down with 16

M10-1.5 x 68mm bolts (C).

Ramp Storage

Installation/Mounting

Step 1. Remove ramp holder pin (G), swivel ramp

clamp hook (J) out, and slide ramp on ramp holder

bolt. Swivel ramp clamp hook back and reinsert

pin to lock ramp in place.

There are 3 options for mounting the HaulAll in a truck.

Option 1. With 8 M8-1.25 x 45mm bolts (F)

mount the loops (K), loop brackets (L), and loop

holders (M) in each corner of the truck bed.

Drilling is required.

Attach tie-down turn buckles (H) from tie-down

loop on corner upright supports to loops and

tighten turn buckles by twisting the main body,

bringing the hooks closer together.

Option 2. Secure tie-down turn buckles-

to cargo tie-downs already installed on

truck. NO drilling is required.

Option 3. For a permanent mount, the HaulAll

may be installed by drilling into the front and

back bottom braces (V) and through truck bed.

Loading/Unloading

Please exercise caution when loading and unloading by slowly ascending and descending down the

ramp. Always remember to wear a helmet.

Strapping Down ATVs

Use tie-down straps (not included) on both front and rear of each loaded ATV to make sure they are

secured to rack before transport.

Product Warranty and Liability

GENERAL PRODUCT WARRANTY: Products purchased from the Authorized Dealer (original place

of purchase) or Merchant (“Dealer”) will be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of

receipt, and will meet the specications stated at the place of purchase transaction or online at the

Dealer’s website, under normal use and service when correctly installed, operated and maintained.

This product warranty is eective for the period of time stated below, unless otherwise stated in the

product instructions or depicted in the product advertisement. All Authorized Dealer warranties are

NON-TRANSFERABLE and cover only the original end purchaser. This limited warranty does not

cover products purchased through non-authorized dealers. Non-authorized dealer receipts are not

accepted for warranty verication.

***Warranty claims must be made directly to the original place of purchase.***

WARRANTY PERIOD: This warranty remains in force for one year from the date of the product’s

accepted delivery. The Authorized Dealer oers a one year manufacturer’s warranty for most products

unless otherwise specied on the product advertisement.

WARRANTY SERVICE: The Authorized Dealer will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at

no charge, including payment of the shipping costs of parts or replacement product to and from the

manufacturer. The purchaser is responsible for labor charges. If the product does not meet specica-

tions as depicted in the advertisement, the Authorized Dealer will refund the full purchase price of the

product.

Questions regarding the warranty on a specic product and warranty claims should be directed to the

Authorized Dealer with whom the purchase transaction was made.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: The above warranty does not apply to products that are repaired, modi-

ed or altered by any party other than the Authorized Dealer; are subjected to unusual physical stress

or conditions (such as overloaded ramps or corrosion), natural disaster, governmental actions, wars,

strikes, labor disputes, riots, theft, vandalism, terrorism or any reason beyond reasonable control; are

damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident or negligence in use, storage, trans-

portation or handling, or tampering; or to products that are considered consumable items or items

requiring repair or replacement due to normal wear and tear.

Product should be inspected prior to signing for delivery. Product damage incurred during shipping,

unless noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery, renders this warranty void.

LIMITED LIABILITY: In no event shall THE AUTHORIZED DEALER be liable to the purchaser or any

third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising

out of the use of the product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the prod-

uct or any third party products that are used in or with the product, or loss of use of the product or any

third party products that are used in or with the product.
