The parent unit may be too far away from the baby unit. Try moving them closer
together; however, not closer than 3 feet.
Try resetting the parent and baby unit:
Step 1. Disconnect the power to the baby unit and parent unit.
Steo 2. Remove the batteries in the parent and bay unit.
Step 3. Wait approximately 15 secs.
Step 4. Resinstall adapter to the baby and parent unit.
Step 5. Allow up to a minute for the baby unit and parent unit to link back up
Noise static and other erratic performance may be caused by nearby electronic equipment
and other cordless devices using the same frequency. Separate your baby monitor from
these devices as much as possible.
The connection is intermittant; and/or Waiting for Linking or Failed to Connect keeps
showing on the Parent Unit display
If you have two cameras make sure that both are powered up (especially if your Parent
Unit is set to patrol mode).
Wi-Fi devices can cause interference. Place the Parent Unit and camera(s) 3 feet away
from laptops, tablets, cell phone, router, security cameras and other wireless streaming
devices (FYI: your baby monitor operates on the same frequency as WIFI and you may
experience interference if the devices are too close to each other).
The Parent Unit may be too far away from the Baby Unit. Walls, big metallic objects and
other Wi-Fi devices may affect the connection between your Parent Unit and your
camera(s). Try to move your Parent Unit (e.g. closer to camera or away from Wi-Fi
devises) to find better reception.
