FIRST TIME ASSEMBLY STARTING THE UNIT (COLD START) USING DETERGENT

Install the handle (see page 7).

Pour all but 2 oz. of the provided lubricant into
the engine through the oil fill hole. Check and
add additional lubricant as needed until the level
reaches the upper portion of the hatched area on
the dipstick. Do not overfill. (See page 9).

Completely uncoil garden hose or remove
completely from reel to prevent kinks.
Turn water faucet on fully.
Make sure there are no leaks.
With no nozzle installed, squeeze the trigger
to relieve air pressure. Hold the trigger until a
steady stream of water appears.
Add fuel (see page 9).

Put engine switch/choke in the START (cold start)
position (see page 10).

Push the start button to start engine (see page 10).

Turn the fuel valve to OPEN position (see page 10).
Allow engine to run for several seconds, then put
engine switch/choke to RUN (hot re-start) position
(see page 10).
NOZZLE SELECTION GUIDE
Use of soap nozzle will activate soap injector at a 20:1 dilution ratio.
WARNING! Never use bleach or solvent-based detergent.
• Will damage your pump
• Will void your warranty
• Will damage plants/shrubs
BEFORE STORING THE UNIT
Always add Pump Protector to the unit after each use and before storing. This will significantly
improve pump life (see page 13).
Pump Protector is available from your local retailer. For further assistance, call customer service at
1-877-617-3501.
To add, follow the instructions provided by the Pump Protector manufacturer.

Recommended Nozzle Use With Caution for Certain Applications
Turn the fuel valve to CLOSED before adding
lubricant.
Set unit on flat surface so engine is level.
Remove dipstick, wipe clean, put back in hole
(but don’t screw in) and check lubricant level.
This is a 4-cycle engine. Do not mix fuel and
lubricant together.
Mix fuel stabilizer with gasoline according to
manufacturer’s directions prior to filling the
tank.
RESTARTING THE UNIT
(HOT RESTART)

If the engine does not start after each pull of
the starter grip and rope or after each push of
the starter button, squeeze the trigger to relieve
water pressure before attempting to start the
engine again.
OR PULL STARTER GRIP

If the engine does not start:
• check for enough fuel;
• may need to adjust choke position;
• make sure the start cable is connected to the battery;
• make sure the battery is charged;
• try starting again.

Connect the non-sleeved end of the high pressure
hose to the trigger handle (see page 7).

Connect your garden hose to the pressure washer
(see page 7).
DO NOT OVERTILT THE UNIT!
Pull recoil starter or push the start button to start
the engine (see page 10).

Do not use E15 or E85 fuel in this prod-
uct. It is a violation of federal law and will
damage the unit and void your warranty.
Only use unleaded gasoline containing
up to 10% ethanol.

Connect the spray wand to the trigger handle
(see page 7).
Connect the sleeved end of the high pressure hose
to the pump (see page 7).

Completely uncoil and straighten high pressure
hose to prevent kinks.

Remove the cap from the plug on the battery.
Connect the starter cable on the pressure washer
to the connection port on the battery, making sure
the plug is fully seated. (See page 7)
NOTE: Fully charge the battery prior to use (see
page 15).

Quite la tapa del puerto de conexión de la batería.

Desenrolle completamente la manguera de
jardín o quítela completamente del carrete para
evitar la formación de acodaduras.
Abra completamente el grifo.
Asegúrese de que no haya pérdidas.
Sin ninguna boquilla instalada, oprima el gatillo
para liberar la presión del aire. Mantenga
oprimido el gatillo hasta que aparezca un

Retire del interruptor del motor/anegador de la

Gire la válvula de combustible a CERRADO
antes de agregar aceite.
Ubique la unidad sobre una superficie plana
para que el motor esté nivelado. Quite la
varilla para medir el nivel de aceite, límpiela,
vuelva a colocarla en el orificio (pero no la
enrosque) y verifique el nivel de lubricante.
Este es un motor de cuatro tiempos. No mezcle
el lubricante y el combustible.
Mezcle el estabilizador de combustible con
la gasolina, siguiendo las instrucciones del
fabricante, antes de llenar el tanque.

gatillo para liberar la presión del agua antes de
volver a intentar arrancar el motor.

• verifique que haya combustible suficiente;
• puede que necesite ajustar la posición del anegador;
• asegúrese de que el cable de arranque esté conectado
