WARNING
Please make sure you read the manual and operate the machine according to this document. The
user should understand everything before operating the machine.
The machine can cause serious harm to users if the user does not operate safely and in accordance
to the manual.
Installation.
The machine is well packaged, please make sure you are assembling or disassembling the machine
on level, flat ground.
The end location of the machine should be put on a steady and even ground, there is slight
adjustment in the feet should it be required.
Please check the power requirements of the machine and ensure you have adequate power supply
for either the single phase or three phase machine.
Ensure the blade is well tensioned by adjusting the tension knob. It must be parallel with the edge
on the wheel. Ensure the blade guides are in the correct location.
Close the machine door, connect/switch on the power. Test the machine before proceeding with
cutting.
NOTE:
The machine should be running in a clockwise direction.
Install the machine in a location that is not busy.
If the saw blade is not correctly tensioned, please raise or lower the top wheel to suit.
Always operate with a sharp, undamaged blade.
Operation Instructions:
When you are operating the machine, please take the meat with the push-blade handle with your
right hand and place meat in front of blade.
Hold the push-blade handle with left hand. Use your right hand on the sliding table to push the meat
through the saw.
Never put your hand or any parts of your body near the meat blade.
Before continuing to cut other parts ensure the table is clear from any debris or obstruction. Do not
attempt to remove any obstructions unless the machine is powered off.
