Your Chameleon requires 4 x AAA (1.5V) batteries (not included).

For installation instructions, please reference the assembly steps.

Your Chameleon has 2 unique features Escape and Follow Me.

Make sure to try these features in an open indoor area away from obstacles or windows.

Sunlight can interfere with the performance.

Escape:

1. Set Chameleon on a hard, at surface and slide the switch to E (Escape).

2. Chameleon will begin to move forward.

3. Step approximately 10 inches in front of the Chameleon.

4. Chameleon will reverse in an arc to the right then move forward again.

Follow Me:

1. Set Chameleon on a hard, at surface and slide the switch to F (Follow Me).

2. Stand approximately 12 inches in front of the Chameleon.

3. Chameleon will begin to move forward after it calibrates.

4. Cautiously take a few steps backward making sure that there is nothing behind you.

5. Chameleon will begin to follow you.

6. If the Chameleon gets too close to you, it will reverse, and then move forward again to follow

you.

Note: Chameleon will auto shut o if it is left alone for longer than 5 minutes.
