CET LBP62 is a programmable bidirectional counter with two programmable thresholds. It can be used to visualize and control a bidirectional count through two programmable thresholds. The device has a front push-button panel made of polycarbonate (anti-scratch, oil and acid resistant) and a protection grade of IP 65. It has removable terminal connections and a DIN 48 x 96 execution.

The CET LBP62 has several programmable parameters, including:

  • Impulse Multiplication factor
  • Count (Up / Down)
  • Decimal Point
  • Reset key function
  • Restart input

The device also has two thresholds, two relays with a capacity of 5A - 250 Vac or 2 NPN transistors 35 Vdc - 100 mA, and a static (without battery) programmed data memory.

- if the data set results to be = 0 the device acts as totalizer, automatically
excluding the Reset Time and the Overcount ( SUP )

WITH THE KEYS INSERT THE NEW VALUES AND CONFIRM WITH

THE PROGRAMMABLE PARAMETERS ARE DIVIDED INTO TWO GROUPS PROTECTED BY A 4 FIGURE CODE.
IN ORDER TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO PROGRAMMING, PROCEED AS FOLLOWS :

COUNT PROGRAMMING :
- UP = UP : the count increases ( from 0 to S1 )
- dn. = DOWN : count decreases ( from S1 to 0 )
S2 THRESHOLD SETTING - PROGRAMMABLE FORM 0001 TO 9999
- if the data set results = 0 the S2 threshold is excluded from the working .
- if the data set results equal or higher than S1, automatically become S2 = S1- 1
S2 is in OFFSET respect S1, that is the real S2 = S1 - S2. For example: S1 = 100
AUTOMATIC TIME RESET SETTING - PROGRAMMABLE FROM 0,1 TO 99,9 sec.
- if programmed = 0 the RESET is MANUAL
- if programmed with a value, the RESET is AUTOMATIC and the OVERCOUNT
( SUP ) is automatically excluded .

- if programmed = 0 it automatically reprogrammes = 1. If a count value is to be
- S2 is in OFFSET respect S1; if S1 is equal or lower than S2, automatically
become S2 = S1 - 1.
MULTIPLIER OF THE IMPULSES is programmable from 0,00001 to 9,99999

S2 = 20. The real value of S2 is = 100 - 20 = 80
divided, set a number lower than 1 on the multiplier. For example, to divided by 5
set 0,2 ( 1 : 5 = 0,2 ); to divided by 8 set 0,125 ( 1 : 8 = 0,125 )

It’s possible to select the working mode of the frontal ENT / RES key:
- 1 - INHIBIT RESET. It is possible to reset the device only from the input
- 2 - ACTIVE RESET . It is possible to reset the device from the front key
- 3 - IMPULSIVE RESTART the key working as impulsive Restart
KEY LOCK: inhibit the possibility to modify the S1 with the key
- Y : LOCK access to S1
- n : FREE access to S1
Selection of the RESTART INPUT MODE:
- I. INPULSIVE RESTART ; il RESTART
- C. CONTINUOUS RESTART ; when the input command is close the

In DOWN programmation the S1 programmed
value is the count Start value and the OUTPUT 1 is
on when the count is = 0; the OUTPUT 2 is on
when the count is equal or lower than S2.
The RESTART Register value is between 0 and
999999. Every time the RESTART input is close the
RESTART value is loaded on display visualization

In MANUAL working the OUTPUT 1 is on
when the count is equal or higher than S1
and it’s stay on up to a RESET command.
The OUTPUT 2 is on when the count is
higher or equal than S2 and it’s stay on up
to a RESET command.

AUTOMATIC RESET WORKING
OVERCOUNT WORKING
The AUTOMATIC RESET working is the
same of the MANUAL one but when the S1
value is over, the count and the OUTPUT2
are automatically resetted and the
OUTPUT 1 is on all time long setted in " t.r."
The count restart the same working.
In OVERCOUNT ( SUP.) working the
OUTPUTS 1 - 2 are on every time the
count is equal or higher than the S1 and
S2 values. The S1 and S2 OUTPUTS are
off every time the count is lower than S1
and S2 values. With a RESET command
the OUTPUTS turn off and the count
restart the same working.
In the AUTOMATIC RESET working the "t.r." time
reset must be lower than the time used from the
count to arrive at the S1 value. Otherwise the
OUTPUTS 1 - 2 wil be alwayas on.
If the learned threshold value with
AUTOLEARNED ( APP ) input is lower than the
current count, the OUTPUTS go on. In the
contrary way, if the OUTPUTS are already on,
they turn off.
