Assembly
Step 1: Install the bobbin rods
Slide the bobbin rods into the top and •
bottom holes in the front leg with the
push nuts on the right side.
Slide the pulley rod into the center hole •
(between the two bobbin rods) with the
push nut on the right side.
Parts:
2—bobbin rods with push nuts attached
1—pulley rod with push nut attached
4—O-ring pulleys
4—O-rings
3—rod collars with set screws
1—3/32” Allen wrench
6—cap screws
Note: Bobbins are not included.
Ladybug Lazy Kate
Our Lazy Kate attaches to the front leg,
which makes it easy to carry along with
your
Ladybug Spinning Wheel.

Step 2: Secure the rods
Loosen the set screws in the rod collars •
using the Allen wrench.
Slide the collars onto the left side of •
each rod all the way to the front leg.
Use the Allen wrench to tighten the set •
screw on the side of each collar.
Hand-tighten the push nuts on the right •
side of each rod.

Step 3: Install the O-ring pulleys
Slide two O-ring pulleys onto each side •
of the pulley rod.
Prevent the pulleys from sliding off by •
screwing a cap nut on each end of the
pulley rod.

Step 4: Installing the O-rings
The purpose of the O-rings is to tension your
bobbins for plying.
Place the O-ring around the pulley and •
the large end of the bobbin.
Use the cap nuts on the ends of the •
bobbin rods to secure the bobbins on
the rod.
Traveling with your Ladybug and Lazy Kate
When on the go with your Ladybug, it is easy
to take your bobbins with you on the rods.
To prevent the bobbins from sliding off the
ends of the rods, be sure to secure them
with the cap nuts.
