Read this manual thoroughly before you start using the product.
The safety precautions instructions reduces the risk of fire, electric shock and
injury when correctly complied to.
Please follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings.

The lightning flash with symbol within the
triangle is intended to warn you of a
non-insulated dangerous voltage in the
product’s enclosure that could be of
sucient magnitude to generate a risk of
electric shock to persons.

of important operating and maintenance
instructions in the documents included with
the product.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with

supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

• It is not intended for commercial/industrial or trade use. Do not use it outdoors.
• Do not use this product for anything other than its intended purpose, and only
use it as described in this manual.
• Misuse of the appliance may result in potential injury, risk of fire and/or electric
shock. We accept no liability for any eventual damages or injury misuse of the
product or noncompliance with the instructions.
• When using the product, it must be on a stable, secure, dry and level surface,
out of children’s reach, to prevent damage or injury.
• DO NOT operate the product under the following conditions:
* In a damp place or in areas with high humidity (such as in a bathroom)
* On or near a hot cooktop, in a heated oven, or near an open flame.
* On a metal tray.
* In confined spaces or under overhanging furniture/structures.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended in this manual may cause
electric shock, fire or personal injuries.
WARNING: Do not put anything else (such as oversized food, metal foil
packages or utensils) into the baking plate. Doing so may create a fire or
electric shock hazard.
• Only the provide appropriate connector must be used.

• Do not leave the product unattended when the power is turned on.
• Ensure the product is switched o before removing hot contents it from the
base. Do not move the appliance while it is switched on.
• Always unplug the product from the outlet when it is not in use. To disconnect,
turn o the power at the outlet, then remove the plug from the wall. Grip the
plug when disconnecting, do not pull the cord.
CAUTION: Unplug the product and allow it to cool before cleaning and
maintenance. To prevent damage to the appliance, do not use abrasive or
alkaline cleaning agents when cleaning. Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent.
• Do not touch any part of the product housing when it is in use. The surfaces get
hot. Only touch the handle. Do not put any part of your hand or body near the
product when it is turned on.
• Take care when handling the product after use.
WARNING: Do not place your hand inside the product while in use.
• The product heats up and can cause burns. The temperature of accessible
surfaces, especially the products metal parts, can become very hot when the
appliance is operating. Do not touch hot surfaces during or immediately after
use. Use handles.
• Always use oven mitts when handling hot material and allow metal parts to
cool before cleaning.
• Take care when taking out hot contents to avoid injuries.
• The product are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or
separate remote-control system.
• Cooking contents may burn. Therefore this product must not be used near
or below curtains and other combustible materials. They must be watched.

CAUTION: HOT SURFACES
ELECTRICAL SAFETY AND POWER CORD HANDLING
Before connecting the product to the power supply, make sure your
outlet voltage and circuit frequency correspond to the voltage indicated on
the appliance rating label and your outlet socket is properly earthed. If this is
not the case, do not use the product.
• Do not use any other appliance at the same time on the same electrical circuit
as it may overload the circuit and blow the fuse or breaker.
• To protect against fire and electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug, power
base or the toaster itself in water or other liquid. Do not expose the electrical
connections to water.
Do not kink, bend, squash, strain or damage the power cord and protect it
from sharp edges and heat. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of
a table or bench-top. Do not let it touch hot surfaces. The cord should be run
in such a way that there will be no risk of anyone pulling it inadvertently.
Do not use an extension cord with this product.
Do not pick up or operate the appliance if the power supply cord, plug, power
base or toaster housing is damaged, or after it malfunctions or has been
damaged in any manner.
A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard. In case of damage, contact our after
sales support centre for advice.
This appliances is intended to be used in household and similar applications
such as:
- sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments
- farm houses
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments
- bed and breakfast type environments
The appliance must not be immersed.
CAUTION: Do not operate the product on an inclined plane.

Before installing your appliance, read all safety instructions in this manual,
especially the sections on electrical safety and installation.
INSTALLATION
UNPACKING
When unpacking the appliance, be sure to keep all the packaging materials
until you have made sure your new appliance is undamaged and in good
working order. This product has been packaging to protect itself
against transportation.
Be sure to remove all packaging materials around the appliance and that
the plastic film used is also removed.
CAUTION: Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young
children. Make sure all packaging materials are out of reach for children and
that they are disposed of correctly.
CAUTION
1. Remove all protective wrappings prior to cooking.
2. If product starts to smoke, turn off the power outlet the product is
connected to immediately.
3. Never attempt to remove hot contents without turning off the power
outlet to turn off the product, then unplugging the product from the
electrical outlet first. Be sure not to damage the internal
mechanism or heating elements when removing hot baked contents.

Risk of burning! Place the grill on a flat and non inflammable surface. The grill
becomes very hot when it is in operation. Never touch the non-stick grilling
surface (5).
• In order to place or take out food from the grill surface, use suitable wooden or
plastic utensils.
• To move the grill when it is in operation, take it only by the cool touch
handles (1, 8).
• Do not use coal or inflammable liquids with this grill.
• Use only the connection plug (9) supplied with this grill. Disconnect the
connection plug before cleaning the grill, and dry the intake port before
using again.
• Always plug the connection plug (9) into the connection plug socket (7) before
connecting the apparatus to the electrical feed source.
• Position the temperature adjustment control on OFF before disconnecting the
feed outlet.
• Never cut food on the grill.
• Let the apparatus cool down in a safe place after use, out of the reach of children.

HOW TO USE
Fully unpack the apparatus.
• Before first use, clean the apparatus as described in the Cleaning and
maintenance section. Pay particular attention to cleaning the non-stick grilling
surface. Dry all parts carefully.
Note: it is possible that the apparatus might give off a slight odour and smoke when
first use. This is completely nomal and does not last for long. Make sure that the
surroundings are sufficiently ventilated.
• Firmly insert the connection plug (9) into the connection plug socket (7).
• Slide the grease drip tray (3) into the slide bar (4) under the grease drip drain (2).
• You can spread vegetable oil on to the non-stick grilling surface (5) if you so wish.
• Remove excess oil with a kitchen towel.
• Connect the feed plug (12) on to an adapted feed source.
• Adjust the temperature to your requirements with the help of the temperature
adjustment control (10). The control light will illuminate.
• The control light (11) will stop illuminating as soon as the desired temperature is
reached.
If the grill cools down, it reheats again automatically. The control light (11)
illuminates during function phases, until the apparatus is at the desired
temperature again.
• Cooking is optimal at a low or medium temperature. High temperatures risk causing
discolouration of the non-stick grilling surface and using it prematurely. For food
that needs to be cooked at a high temperature, first of all reheat it at a medium
temperature.
• Switch the apparatus off when you are not using it. Turn the temperature
adjustment control (10) on to OFF.
• Disconnect the feed plug (12) and let the grill cool again. Then remove the
connection plug (9) from the connection plug socket (7).
• Carry the grill only by the cool touch handles (1, 8).
• Arrange it so the grill is out of reach of children.
• Do not place objects on the grill: you risk scoring the non-stick grilling surface.
• None of the parts of this apparatus are washable in a dishwasher.
• Before cleaning this apparatus, leave it to cool, and disconnect the feed plug
(12) from the electrical feed source. Then disconnect the connection plug (9)
from the connection plug socket (7).
• Wipe the grill with a damp cloth, then dry it carefully.
• Clean the grease drip tray (3) with hot water, using a gentle detergent.Remove
tough stains with a plastic scourer sponge and a mild washing up liquid.
Attention! Never immerse the grill in water. In addition, make sure that water
does not enter into the apparatus.
• The connection plug and socket must be completely dry before any use.
• Use only nylon, plastic and wooden utensils, so as not to score the non-stick
grilling surface.
• Do not use abrasive or too strong detergents or utensils.
• Do not clean this apparatus with petrol or other solvents.
