General Information:
WARNING:
Riding an electric ATV can be a dangerous. Like other electric rideable products, electric ATV’s are
intended to move, and it is therefore possible to lose control, fall o and/or get into
dangerous situations that no amount of care, instruction or expertise can eliminate safety equipment
and other precautions.
RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND USE COMMON SENSE.
This manual contains many warnings and cautions concerning the consequences of failing to main-
tain, inspect or properly use your electric ATV. Because any incident can result in serious injury or
even death, we do not repeat the warning of possible serious injury or death in each section as it is
mentioned here. APPROPRIATE RIDER USE AND PARENTAL SUPERVISION are strongly advised.
This manual contains important safety information. It is your responsibility to review this
information and make sure that all riders understand all warnings, cautions, instructions and safety
topics and assure that young riders are able to safely and responsibly use this product. Rosso Motors
USA
recommends that you periodically review and reinforce the information in this manual with
younger riders, and that you inspect and maintain your children’s ATV to ensure their safety and
enjoyment.
A parent’s decision to allow his or her child to ride this product should be based on the child’s
maturity, skill and ability to follow rules.
Keep this product away from children under the recommended rider age and remember that this
product is intended for use only by persons who are, at a minimum, completely comfortable and com-
petent while operating the product.
DO NOT EXCEED THE WEIGHT LIMIT OF 90 pounds.
Rider weight does not necessarily mean a
person’s size is appropriate to t or maintain control of this electric ATV. Do not touch the brakes or
electric motor on your electric ATV when in use and/or immediately after riding as they can
become very hot.
Always check and obey any local laws or regulations which may aect the locations where the
ATV Quad may be used.
Ride defensively.
Watch out for potential obstacles that could catch your wheel or force you to swerve suddenly or lose
control.
Be careful to avoid pedestrians, skaters, skateboards, scooters, bikes, children or animals who may
enter your path, and respect the rights and property of others.
Your kids ATV is meant to be used on private property and on closed courses and not on public
streets or sidewalks , unless approved by your local trac laws. Do not ride your electric ATV in any
areas where pedestrians or vehicle trac is present.
Do not activate the speed control on the hand grip unless you are sitting properly on the electric ATV
and in a safe, outdoor environment suitable for riding.
This product was manufactured for performance and durability but is not impervious to damage.
Jumping or other aggressive riding can over-stress and damage the product and the rider assumes all
risks associated with high-stress activity.
Be careful and know your limitations. Risk of injury increases as the degree of riding diculty
increases, the rider assumes all risk associated with aggressive riding activities.
Maintain a hold on the handlebars at all times.
Never carry passengers or allow more than one person at a time to ride the electric ATV.
Never use near steps or swimming pools.
Keep your ngers and other body parts away from the drive chain, steering system, wheels and all
other moving components.
Never use headphones or a cell phone when riding.
Never hitch on to another product.
Do not ride the Rosso Motors on wet or icy weather and never immerse the electric ATV in water, as
the electrical and drive components could be damaged by water or create other possible unsafe
conditions.
Wet, slick, bumpy, uneven or rough surfaces may increase risks of use. Do not ride your electric ATV in
mud, ice, puddles or water. Avoid excessive speeds that can be associated with downhill rides. Never
risk damaging surfaces such as carpet or ooring by use of an electric four wheeler indoors.
Do not ride at night or when visibility is limited.
PROPER RIDING GEAR
Always wear proper protective equipment such as an approved safety helmet, elbow pads and
kneepads.
A helmet may be legally required by your local laws or regulation in your area.
A long-sleeved shirt, long pants and gloves are recommended.
Always wear athletic shoes (lace-up shoes with rubber soles), never ride barefooted or in sandals, and
keep shoelaces tied and out of the way of the wheels, motor and drive system.

Assembly:
Rosso Motor’s electric ATV requires minimum assembly.
Please follow instructions below in order to get your electric ATV assembled properly.
The Rosso Motor’s ATV comes in 2 boxes, one contains the ATV and hardware and the other one
contains battery.

3.Handlebar installation:
Failure to properly adjust and tighten the bolts can result in a loss of control of your ATV.
Attach handlebar clamps and gear position indicator
4. Front wheels installation (repeat steps below for right and left wheels)
Remove self-locking nut and Insert front wheel into the axle and tighten the
nut
5.Inate tires
Inate tires to the correct PSI before rst time and check pressure before each ride.
Recommended tire pressure is: 7 PSI (Maximum: 20 PSI)

6.Front brake calipers installation (repeat steps below for right and left wheels)
Step 1: Insert brake caliper and make sure the disc brake is located in between the brake pads:
Step 2: Attach caliper to the mount using
brake caliper mounting bolts and tighten them
Step 3: Adjust caliper by tighten or untighten caliper
alignment bolts – make sure the caliper is aligned
with the disc brake.

7.Rear shock absorber installation
Step 1: Raise rear end of the ATV
Step 2: Install shock absorber into the bottom mount and tighten the bolt
8.Battery installation
Step 1: Open battery bag and pull out connector plug
Step 2: Remove battery security plate and place battery into the casing

Step 3: Connect plugs - insert the wire until you hear “CLICK”
Step 4: Close battery bag, secure security plate and tighten the bolts

MAX (green) – battery capacity is full
MID (yellow) – battery capacity is half full
MIN (red) – battery capacity is battery needs to be charged

6.Parking brake
Located on the right side brake lever
To engage: squeeze front brake lever and press the brake knob
To disengage: squeeze brake lever until the know pops up
7.Fuse
Located at the front left side of the ATV
Fuse specs: 250V-30A
8.Speed switch
Located at the left center side of the ATV
The switch intended to limit the speed of the ATV.
DO NOT leave keys inside the switch while ATV is running

Maintenance and adjustments
MAKE SURE THE INGITION (MAIN SWITCH) IS OFF BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTANANCE
OR ADJUSTMENTS
1.Brakes adjustment
Failure to inspect and properly adjust brakes increases the risk accidents.
Riding with worn brake pads can reduce braking performance and cause an accident.
Check and adjust brakes before each ride
To adjust cable play on the left (rear) brake lever – tight/untighten adjuster
To adjust cable play on the right (front) brake lever - tight/untighten adjusters
Calipers adjustment (front & rear)
Untighten (do not remove completely) anchor nut and pull brake cable (see directions) until the
pads are almost touching the rotor (disc brake)

2.Charging
Charge batteries for at least 12 hours before initial use!
Charger might get warm during charging process; this situation is normal and notconcerning.
If the charger does not get warm, it does not mean that it is not workingproperly.
Step 1: Turn main switch OFF
Step 2: Plug the charger into the charging port (located underneath the fuse)
Step 3: Plug charger into a wall – if the light on the charger do not lights up, check power to the
outlet.
3.Chain adjustment
Riding an ATV with chain in poor condition or improperly adjusted can lead to serious injury.
Always inspect, maintain and adjust the chain properly before each ride.
Before adjusting the chain, make sure the motor is cool.
Do not touch motor after use.
Motor is (or can be) very hot.
Step 1: Unscrew (do not remove completely) motor mount nuts (front & rear)

Step 2: Adjust (tight/untighten) chain adjuster bolts as necessary – make sure both bolts are adjusted
equally

Warranty
ROSSO MOTORS warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from
date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tires, tubes or cables, or
any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or storage or use MANTERAY
This Limited Warranty is voided if the product is:
used in a manner other than for recreation;
modied in any way;
rented.
ROSSO MOTORS is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to
the use of this product. This is a use at your own risk product and Rosso Motor’s in to responsible for
any injury that result from the use of our products.
