PARTS IDENTIFICATION
OPERATION
1. Unscrew the fixing rod before rotating the ratchet knob clockwise,
then rotate the rotary rod counterclockwise to raise it up to the top.
See figure 1.
2. Open the expander clip and place a tube in according to the required
dimension. See figure 2.
3. The tube placed in the expander clip should be 1mm higher than the
expander clip. See figure 3.
NOTE: Clean / deburr the tube before operation.
4. Lineup the red arrow and the specification mark and then screw in
the fixing rod to secure the expander clip. See figure 4.
5. Turn the ratchet knob counterclockwise and then rotate the rotary
rod clockwise. When the eccentric cone touches the tube, turn the
rotary rod clockwise and counterclockwise alternately to start
making the flare. When the work is finished, a spring device can be
felt separating automatically. Continue to rotate the rotary rod two
to three rounds to make the flare smoother. See figure 5.
6. After the flare work is complete, rotate the ratchet knob clockwise
and rotate the rotary rod clockwise and counterclockwise alternately
to release the eccentric cone. Raise the eccentric cone up to the top.
Release the fixing rod to open the expander clip and take the tube
out. See figure 6.
CAUTION! Never release the fixing rod before raising the eccentric
cone completely out of the tube.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient,
easier to control and will have fewer problems.
2. Keep the 45° eccentric cone clean and away from any copper
scrapings after use. See figure 7.
3. Only use accessories intended for use with this tool.
4. Keep the tool handles clean, dry and free from oil/grease at
all times.
LUBRICATION
1. Lubricate the fixing rod and rotary rod with engine oil frequently.
2. Lubricate the bearing in the body, the rotary rod connections and
the screw frequently.

RÉPARTITION DES PIÈCES
UTILISATION
1. Dévissez la tige de fixation avant de tourner le bouton de clé à
cliquet dans le sens horaire, puis tournez la tige rotative dans le
sens antihoraire pour la remonter au sommet. Voir la figure 1.
2. Ouvrez l'agrafe d'extendeur et placez-y un tube de la dimension
requise. Voir la figure 2.
3. Le tube installé dans l'agrafe d'extendeur devrait dépasser l'agrafe
de 1 mm. Voir la figure 3.
REMARQUE : Nettoyez/ébavurez le tube avant l'utilisation.
4. Alignez la flèche rouge et la marque de spécification et vissez la tige
de fixation pour fixer l'agrafe d'extendeur. Voir la figure 4.
5. Tournez le bouton de clé à cliquet dans le sens antihoraire puis
tournez la tige rotative dans le sens horaire. Alors que le cône
excentrique touche le tube, tournez la tige rotative dans le sens
horaire et dans le sens antihoraire à tour de rôle afin de commencer
à produire un évasement. Lorsque le travail est terminé, vous
sentirez le dispositif à ressort se séparer automatiquement. Tournez
encore la tige rotative deux ou trois fois pour rendre l'évasement
plus lisse. Voir la figure 5.
6. Lorsque l'évasement est complété, tournez le bouton de clé à
cliquet dans le sens horaire et tournez la tige rotative dans les deux
sens alternativement pour dégager le cône excentrique. Montez le
cône excentrique vers le sommet. Dégagez la tige de fixation pour
ouvrir l'agrafe d'extendeur et retirez le tube. Voir la figure 6.
ATTENTION ! Ne jamais dégager la tige de fixation avant
d'avoir complètement remonté le cône excentrique hors
du tube.
SOIN ET ENTRETIEN
1. Entretenez l'outil avec soin. Un outil en bon état sera efficace, plus
facile à contrôler et préviendra les problèmes de fonctionnement.
2. Gardez le cône excentrique de 45° propre et loin des déchets de
cuivre après l'usage. Voir la figure 7.
3. Utilisez seulement des accessoires conçus pour être utilisés avec
cet outil.
4. Gardez les poignées de l'outil propres, sèches et exemptes d'huile
ou de graisse en tout temps.
LUBRIFICATION
1. Lubrifiez régulièrement la tige de fixation et la tige rotative avec de
l'huile moteur.
2. Lubrifiez fréquemment le roulement à l'intérieur du corps, les
raccords de la tige rotative et la vis.
