Save This Manual
You will need the manual for the safety warnings and precautions, assembly
instructions, operating and maintenance procedures, parts list and diagram. Keep
your invoice with this manual. Write the invoice number on the inside of the front
cover. Keep the manual and invoice in a safe and dry place for future reference.
Safety Warnings and Precautions
WARNING: When assembling and adding plants into the Wagon and when
locating the Wagon, basic safety precautions should always be followed to
reduce the risk of personal injury and damage to equipment.
Read all instructions before using this product!
1. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. Keep children away. Children must never be allowed in the work area. Do
not let children play with this product. This is not a toy.
3. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they can be caught
in moving parts. Protective, electrically nonconductive clothes and nonskid
footwear are recommended when working. Wear restrictive hair covering to
contain long hair.
4. Use eye and ear protection. Always wear ANSI approved impact safety
goggles when assembling this product.
5. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times when
assembling product.
6. Replacement parts. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts.
Use of any other parts will void the warranty. .
Warning: The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruc-
tion manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may oc-
cur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution
are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by
the operator.
Unpacking
When unpacking, check to make sure the following parts are included. If any
parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number on

3. Mount the Wheels (2) by placing Washer (7) on Axle, tap on Wheel with
hammer, place another Washer (7) on the Axle. Push the Cotter Pin (9)
through the hole in the Axle. Bend the Cotter Pin around the Axle with Pliers
to prevent the Wheel from coming off. Repeat on the other three Wheels.

Assembly Instructions
1. Assemble all parts on a smooth surface to avoid scratching.
2. Match up the holes on the Carriage (3) to the underside of the Bottom Board (4).
Thread the Bolts (6) and Washer (10) through the holes in the Bottom Board and
secure with a Washer (10) and Nut (11) on the underside. Tighten hardware.

4. To put on the Side Board (5), lift the hinged section of the Bottom Board (4)
(back) and match the holes of the Side Board (5). Thread the Bolt (6) and
Washer (10) through the hole in the Side Board (5) and back of Bottom
Board. Thread another Washer (10) on the end of Bolt (6) and tighten with
Nut (11). Repeat on opposite end and other side.

5. Place the Handle (1) in the fork on the Carriage (3). Match up holes. Push
Bolt (8) with Washer (7) through hole. Place Washer (7) on Bolt and tighten
with Nut (11).

6. This Wagon is for outdoor decorative purposes only. It is not designed to
haul objects. When used as a planter, it is suggested you line the Wagon
with a waterproof plastic lining (not included) to prevent the wood from
deteriorating when getting wet.
Caution: This is not a toy and children
should be supervised when around the Wooden Planter Wagon. Do not
overload Wagon. Maximum weight is 35 Lbs.
