Problem
Possible Causes
Solution
The juice yield is low
Every ingredient yields
different amounts of juice
Soak the ingredients in
water before extracting if
they are dry or not fresh
When extracting food such
as carrots or beetroot,
extract with a combination
of other fruit or vegetables
with more water content
to increase the juice yield
Ensure pieces are not
larger than 4cm for
optimal juicer extraction
The juice cup shakes
during operation
This is normal
The slow juicer is noisy
The rotation wiper may
make a squeaking noise
while wiping the juicing
bowl
After adding ingredients,
this sound should
disappear
Ensure the slow juicer is
used on a level surface
Ensure pieces are not
larger than 4cm
Check the parts are
assembled correctly
There is a separation in
the juice extracted
There may be a separation
in the juice due to the
ingredients density after
extraction.
This is different from
oxidation that is caused by
juicing with a traditional
high speed juicer.
This is normal
