

Ihr Panikalarm dient mit dem akustischen Warnsignal zur

Personen- und Gefahrenabwehr. Die LED an der

Vorderseite Ihres Panikalarms dient als Taschenlampe.

Voraussetzung für eine bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

ist die sachgemäße Installation sowie die Beachtung und

Einhaltung der Hinweise dieser Bedienungsanleitung.

Jede andere Verwendung als in der bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung

beschrieben gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Eigenmächtige Veränderun-

gen oder Umbauten sind nicht zulässig und führen zur Beschädigung des

Panikalarms.

Panikalarm auslösen

Lösen Sie in einer Gefahrensituation den Panikalarm aus. So können Sie

einen Einbrecher abschrecken und machen gleichzeitig Ihre Mitmenschen

auf Ihre Situation aufmerksam.

VORSICHT! Das akustische Warnsignal des Panikalarms kann Ihr

Gehör beschädigen. Die Lautstärke des akustischen Warnsignals

beträgt bis zu 90 dB. Lösen Sie niemals einen Panikalarm in

Nähe Ihres Gehörs aus.

1. Drücken Sie gleichzeitig die Panik-Tasten auf beiden Seiten des

Panikalarms. Sie hören unvermittelt ein lautes akustisches Warnsignal.

2. Drücken Sie die Taste auf der Vorderseite des Geräts, um den

Panikalarm wieder auszuschalten.

Taschenlampe verwenden

Verwenden Sie den Panikalarm auch als Taschenlampe. Die LED an der

Oberseite des Panikalarms hilft Ihnen zum Beispiel dabei, im Dunkeln das

Schlüsselloch zu ﬁ nden.

VORSICHT! Das von der LED der Taschenlampe erzeugte Licht

kann Ihre Augen schädigen. Blicken Sie nicht direkt in die LED

der Taschenlampe, wenn die Taschenlampe eingeschaltet ist.

1. Drücken und halten Sie die Taste auf der Vorderseite des Panikalarms.

Batterien wechseln

Ihr Panikalarm wird von drei Batterien des

Typs Knopfzelle (LR44) mit Strom versorgt.

1. Lösen Sie die vier Schrauben auf der

Rückseite des Panikalarms mit einem

geeigneten Schraubendreher.

2. Nehmen Sie die Rückseite des

Panikalarms vorsichtig ab. Sollten sich

die Panik-Tasten beim Abnehmen der

Rückseite lösen, setzen Sie die Pa-

nik-Tasten vorsichtig wieder ein.

3. Ersetzen Sie die verbrauchten Batterien

durch drei neue Batterien des gleichen

Typs. Achten Sie darauf, die neuen

Batterien in der richtigen Ausrichtung einzulegen.

VORSICHT! Sachschaden durch Lösen von Kabelverbindungen

möglich. Achten Sie beim Hantieren mit dem geöffneten

Panikalarm darauf, die Kabelverbindungen nicht zu lösen oder zu

klemmen. Das Lösen oder Klemmen von Kabelverbindungen führt

dazu, dass der Panikalarm nicht mehr funktioniert.

4. Setzen Sie die Rückseite des Panikalarms auf und ziehen Sie die vier

Schrauben mit einem geeigneten Schraubendreher fest.

Entsorgung

Wollen Sie Ihr Gerät entsorgen, bringen Sie es zur Sammelstelle

Ihres kommunalen Entsorgungsträgers (z. B. Wertstoffhof). Nach

dem Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz sind Besitzer von

Altgeräten gesetzlich verpﬂ ichtet, alte Elektro- und Elektronikge-

räte einer getrennten Abfallerfassung zuzuführen. Das Symbol

bedeutet, dass Sie das Gerät auf keinen Fall in den Hausmüll werfen dürfen!

Gefährdung von Gesundheit und Umwelt durch Batterien! Batterien nie

öffnen, beschädigen, verschlucken oder in die Umwelt gelangen lassen. Sie

dass Sie Batterien auf keinen Fall in den Hausmüll werfen dürfen und die

Batterien über Sammelstellen der Entsorgung zugeführt werden müssen.

Vorschriften.

Pﬂ egehinweise

■ Reinigen Sie die Gehäuseoberﬂ äche mit einem weichen und fusselfreien

Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmittel.

■ Führen Sie einmal monatlich und nach jedem Batteriewechsel eine

Funktionskontrolle durch. Wenn die LED der Taschenlampe oder das

akustische Signal schwächer erscheinen, wechseln Sie die Batterien.

PA 100 Panic Alarm

Intended Use



The acoustic panic alarm serves for personal security and

hazard prevention. The LED on the front of the panic alarm

serves as a torch. A condition for complying with the

intended use is that the equipment is installed correctly

and the information in the manual is observed and

maintained.

Any use other than that described in Section “Intended Use” is considered

unintended use. Unauthorised modiﬁ cations or reconstructions are not

permitted and could cause damage to the panic alarm.

Safety Instructions

Avoid any personal injury by paying attention to the following information!

Warning! Risk of suffocation and damage to health through

batteries! Children can swallow small parts, packaging and

protective foils. Keep the product and packaging out of reach of

children! Keep batteries out of reach of children. Do not swallow

batteries. If any type of battery is swallowed, seek medical

attention immediately.

CAUTION! Risk of damage to health and environmental pollution

through batteries! Improper handling of batteries can put your

health and the environment at risk. Never open, damage or

swallow batteries or allow them to pollute the environment.

Batteries may contain toxic, ecologically hazardous heavy metals.

Triggering the Panic Alarm

You should trigger the panic alarm when a risk situation arises. This means

you can deter intruders and, at the same time, make people aware of your

situation.

CAUTION! The acoustic warning signal from the panic alarm

could damage your hearing. The volume of the acoustic alarm

signal is up to 90 dB. Never trigger a panic alarm with the device

near your ear.

1. Press the Panic buttons on both sides of the panic alarm simultaneously.

A loud acoustic signal is issued immediately.

2. Press the button on the front of the device to switch the panic alarm off.

Using the Torch

You can also used the panic alarm as a torch. The LED at the top of the

panic alarm can be used to help ﬁ nd a keyhole in the dark, for example.

CAUTION! The light produced by the torch LED could cause

damage to your eyes. Never look directly into the beam produced

by the torch LED when it is switched on.

1. Press and hold the button on the front of the panic alarm.

Changing the Battery

The panic alarm is powered by three round

cell batteries (LR44).

1. Unscrew the four screws in the rear cov-

er of the panic alarm with an appropriate

screwdriver.

2. Remove the rear cover of the panic

alarm carefully. If the Panic button is

triggered when removing the rear cover,

carefully replace the Panic button again.

3. Replace the used batteries with three new ones of the same type. Pay

attention that the new batteries are inserted the right way around.

CAUTION! Risk of property damage through loosening cable

connections. When handling the panic alarm after opening it, pay

attention that you do not loosen or damage any cable connec-

tions. Loosening or crushing cable connections could lead to the

panic alarm no longer functioning properly.

4. Replace the rear cover of the panic alarm and tighten all four screws

with an appropriate screwdriver.

Disposal

In order to dispose of your device, take it to a collection point

provided by your local public waste authorities (e.g. recycling

centre). According to laws on the disposal of electronic and

electrical devices, owners are obliged to dispose of old electronic

and electrical devices in a separate waste container. The symbol

indicates that the device must not be disposed of in normal domestic waste!

Risks to health and the environment from batteries! Never open,

damage or swallow batteries or allow them to pollute the environment. They

may contain toxic, ecologically hazardous heavy metals. You are legally

obliged to dispose of batteries at shops which sell batteries or at collection

points provided by the public waste authorities. Disposal is free of charge.

The symbols indicate that the batteries must not be disposed of in normal

domestic waste and that they must be brought to collection points provided

by local public waste authorities.

Packaging materials must be disposed of according to local

regulations.

Care Instructions

■ Clean the surface of the housing with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use

any solvents or cleaning agents.

■ Complete a function test once a month and after changing the battery.

Change the battery when the torch LED or acoustic signal seem weaker.

Changer les piles

Votre alarme est alimentée en courant par

trois piles bouton (LR44).

1. Retirez les 4 vis situées au dos de

l’alarme avec un tournevis adéquat.

2. Retirez le dos avec précaution. Si les

touches panique se desserrent quand

vous retirez le dos, replacez-les prudem-

ment.

3. Remplacez les piles usées par trois

nouvelles du même type. Assurez-vous

de les poser avec la polarité exacte.

PRUDENCE ! Dommage matériel

éventuel dû au desserrement de

câbles. Lorsque vous manipulez l’alarme, assurez-vous de ne pas

desserrer ou de ne pas coincer les raccordements de câble. Si

cela était le cas, l’alarme ne pourrait plus fonctionner.

4. Reposez le dos de l’alarme et serrez les quatre vis avec un tournevis

approprié.

Mise au rebut

Si vous ne voulez plus vous servir de votre appareil,

veuillez l’apporter au centre de collecte de l’orga-

nisme d’élimination des déchets de votre commune

(par ex. centre de recyclage). D’après la loi relative

aux appareils électriques et électroniques, les

propriétaires d’appareils usagés sont tenus d’apporter tous les anciens

appareils électriques et électroniques dans un collecteur séparé. L’icône

ci-contre signiﬁ e que vous ne devez en aucun cas jeter votre appareil dans

La spia LED presente sul davanti del dispositivo di allarme

antipanico funge da torcia. Requisito per un impiego

conforme è la corretta installazione come anche l’osser-

vanza delle indicazioni fornite nelle presenti istruzioni d’uso.

Qualsiasi altro impiego diverso da quanto descritto è ritenuto non conforme

agli usi previsti. Non sono ammesse modiﬁ che o variazioni arbitrarie che

potrebbero causare il danneggiamento dell’allarme antipanico.

panique sert à défendre les personnes et à éloigner les

dangers. La LED sur le devant de votre alarme sert de

torche. L’utilisation conforme à l’usage prévu requiert un

montage approprié ainsi que l’observation et le respect

des indications mentionnées dans le présent mode d’emploi.

Toute utilisation autre que celle décrite au point Utilisation conforme à

l’usage prévu est considérée comme non conforme. Des modiﬁ cations ou

transformations effectuées d’un propre gré sont interdites et conduisent à un

endommagement de l’alarme panique.

AVERTISSEMENT ! Les piles représentent un risque pour la santé,

Déclencher l’alarme panique

Déclenchez l’alarme panique en cas de situation dangereuse. Vous pouvez

ainsi décourager les cambrioleurs et attirer l’attention de votre entourage sur

votre situation.

PRUDENCE ! Le signal d’avertissement acoustique de l’alarme

panique peut endommager votre audition. Son volume sonore est

de 90 dB. Ne déclenchez jamais une alarme panique à proximité

de votre oreille.

1. Appuyez en même temps sur les touches panique situées sur les deux

côtés de l’alarme. Vous entendez immédiatement un puissant signal

d’avertissement acoustique.

2. Appuyez sur le bouton situé sur la face avant de l’appareil pour désac-

tiver l’alarme.

Utiliser la torche

Utilisez également l’alarme panique comme torche. La LED sur le haut de

l’alarme vous aide par exemple à trouver le trou de la serrure dans l’obscu-

rité.

PRUDENCE ! La lumière produite par la LED de la torche peut

provoquer des dommages oculaires. Ne regardez pas directe-

ment dans celle-ci lorsque la torche est allumée.
