MOUNTING HEATER TO FLOOR
Mounting Base Feet to Heater
Note: A 90° elbow is required for mounting this unit and must be installed
BEFORE base feet to provide proper clearance (see Connecting to Gas
Supply in your heater owner's manual).
Lay heater cabinet on its back on a table with the heater bottom over 1.

Mounting Base Feet to Floor
CAUTION: If heater is being installed directly on
carpeting, tile or other combustible material (other than
wood flooring), the heater shall be installed on a metal
or wood panel extending the full width and depth of
the appliance.
Remove Front cover (see Removing Front Panel of Heater in your 1.
heater owner's manual).
Position heater with base feet in desired location. Mark holes for drilling. 2.
Remove heater with base.
If mounting base to a wood floor, drill 1/8'' diameter hole, 3/4'' deep. (Do 3.
not use anchors in wood floors). If mounting base to a concrete floor,
drill with 1/4'' diameter concrete drill bit, 1

" into floor. Insert anchors
completely into holes.
Reposition heater with base feet over holes. Secure base to floor with 4.
wood screws (see illustrations).

la base.
Si va montar la base en un piso de madera, perfore un orificio de .32 3.
