Installation:

The units are made for 230V or 400V and MUST be earth connected.

The temperature:

The grill pan is divided into 2 zones and the temperature is controlled by the dial-switch. When wanted

temperature is reached, the Lamp switches off.

Starting up:

Put the thermostat at 100 °C and let the heat spread.

When the control lamp switches off, the temperature can be adjusted to whatever wanted.

Cleaning:

The grill pan is cleaned with a scraper (of steel).

Scrape burnt material away. Fat can be washed off with a general cleansing agent for fat.

For difficult and burnt material, GROVRENT can be used.

NEVER use synthetic detergent on the grill pan.

The outside is cleaned with general cleaning fluids (or FKI`s metal polish).

REMEMBER to empty the small pan/container for fat or the extra fat will enter the gridiron.
