Cleaning up

To Start Smoking

(The Smoke function can operate separately or together with the Oven)

1. PL00 display indicates the smoker has power when first plugged in.

2. Turn on the smoke function by pressing SMOKE. The indicator light above

the SMOKE button will be on.

3. Set the smoking time by pressing SMOKE TIMER. Use the buttons

to adjust the desired smoking time, then press SET (before the display stops flashing).

4. Bisquettes automatically advance twice to the burner when switched on, they will

continually advance one at a time thereafter for the duration of the smoke time set.

Each bisquette will smoke for approximately 30 minutes.

5. When finished, remember to dispose of the spent Bisquettes in the Deposit Bin

responsibly. To use the cleanout rod, push the rod in, turn 90 degrees, and pull straight

back to clear out all bisquettes. Replace it by pushing it in and turning 90 degrees left

or right to ensure it hooks into place. NOTE: The cleanout rod must be hooked-up out

of the way of advancing Bisquettes or they will jam.
