•Ifyouneedtoplacethedishwasheronitsbackforservicingpurposes,placeasupport(s)ontheoorandlayit

downcarefullysothebackisontheoor.

›Donotlayitdownonitsfrontorside.Thismayresultinscratchestothesurfaceordamagetotheparts.

›Performatestrunforthedishwasherusingthestandard(normal)cycleandcheckwhetherthereisanywater

leakagethroughtheoorsectionorthepipes.

•Ifitseemsthatgroundingisneededduetowaterormoisture,makesuretorungroundingwires.

›Twistagroundingwire(copperwire)twoorthreetimesaroundthetap.

›Ifyouconnectthegroundingwiretoacopperplate,buryit75cmundertheearthinaplacewithalotofmoisture.

Donotconnectthegroundingwiretoagaspipe,plasticwaterpipeortelephonewire.Thereisariskofelectricshock

orexplosion.

•Checktheinsulationresistance.

›Disconnectthecircuitbreakerorpowercablefromthepoweroutletandmeasuretheinsulationresistance

betweenthepowerwiresandthegroundingwireofthedishwasher.Thevaluemustbegreaterthan10MΩ

whenmeasuredwitha500VDCMegger.

•Checkwhethertheproductislevelwiththeoor.Checkifthereareany

deformationsinthesink.Checkthatthedishwasherisrmlyinstalledtothesink.

1.Placethedishwasheronitsbacksothatyoucanseethe

base.Removethetwo(2)screwsthatholdthebaseand

theshutterinplace.

2.Removetheleakagesensorconnector(white)inside

theshutter.

3.Disconnectthewireterminal(blue)connectedtothe

thermistor.

4.Checkthelocationofthethermistorandremovethetwo

(2)screwsthatholdthethermistortothecasesump.

1.Openthedoorcompletely.

Removetheupperandlowerbaskets.

Placethebasketsyou’vejustremovedinasafelocation

sothattheydonotinterferewiththeserviceoperations

andtopreventthemfrombeingdamaged.

2.Useyourhandtoholdthelowernozzleandremoveit.

Placetheremovedlowernozzleinasafelocationalong

withthebaskets.

3.Holdthenozzleduct,andremoveitcarefully.

Toremoveitsmoothly,removethehooksclampingthe

bracketduct(U)usingaatscrewdriverandremove

thehooksclampingthebracketduct(M).

Pullthemoutwhilerotatingthemtotheleft.

4.Removethecoverheaterfromthesumpassy.

Youwillneedaatscrewdriverfortheremoval.

Toremoveahookfromthecoverheater,inserttheend

ofthescrewdriverintothegapbetweencoverheater

andcoversump,andpushthehandleofscrewdriver

andthehook.

Removeremainfour(4)hooksusingsameway.

5.Placethedishwasheronitsbacksothatyoucanseethe

base.Removethetwo(2)screwsthatholdthebaseand

theshutterinplace.

CAUTION

Beforeplacingthedishwasheronitsback,make

suretocheckwhetheranywaterisleft.Remove

anyremainingwater.(Thereisariskofredueto

awaterleakagewhileservicing).

6.Removetheleakagesensorconnector(white)inthe

shutter.

7.Removethetwo(2)terminalswhichareinsertedinto

theheater

Donotpullthewire.Removeitbyholdingthemetallic

partattheendofthewire.

8.Removethetwo(2)holderheaterswhichareconnected

totheheaterbyrotatingthemcounterclockwise.

9.Placethedishwashertherightwayupagain.Openthe

doorandholdandremovetheheater.

CAUTION

Theheatermaybeveryhot.Makesuretocheckit

beforetouchingtheheater .

CAUTION

Makesuretocheckwhetheranywaterisleft.

Removeanyremainingwater,topreventwater

leakageswhileservicing.

1.Placethedishwasheronitsbacksothatyoucanseethe

base.Removethetwo(2)screwsthatholdthebaseand

theshutterinplace.

2.Removetheleakagesensorconnector(white)inthe

shutter.

3.Disconnectthetwo(2)drainpumpconnectors.

4.Removethedrainpumpbyrotatingitcounterclockwise.

Whenremovingthedrainpump,liftupthehook

holdingitinplaceslightlyandthenrotateitsothatthe

hookisnotdamaged.

1.Openthedoorcompletely.

Removetheupperandlowerbaskets.

Placethebasketsyou’vejustremovedinasafelocation

sothattheydonotinterferewiththeserviceoperations

andtopreventthemfrombeingdamaged.

2.Useyourhandtoholdthelowernozzleandremoveit.

Placetheremovedlowernozzleinasafelocationalong

withthebaskets.

3.Holdthenozzleduct,andremoveitcarefully.

Toremoveitsmoothly,removethehooksclampingthe

bracketduct(U)usingaatscrewdriverandremove

thehooksclampingthebracketduct(M).

Pullthemoutwhilerotatingthemtotheleft.

4.Removethesumpassy.

Removetheten(10)screwsontheassyltermesh.

(Exceptthetwo(2)screwsholdingtheholdernozzle

Linplace)

5.Removethescrewsandliftupandremovethecover

sump.Thecoversump,coverscroll,assyltermesh,

holdernozzleL,andcoverheaterwillberemoved

together.

CAUTION

Placetheremovedpartsinasafelocationtoprevent

themfrombeingdamaged.

6.RemovetheImpellercirculation.

Removethescrew(1)thatisholdingthecirculation

motortotheshaft.Useyourhandtoholdtheimpeller

circulationandturnthescrew.

CAUTION

Turnthescrewclockwisetoremoveit.

7.Removethevalvedistributor.

Removethesealdistributor.

CAUTION

Makesuretocheckwhetheranywaterisleft.

Removeanyremainingwatertopreventwater

leakageswhileservicing.

8.Removethecasescroll.

Checkifthesealrubberscrollisnormal.Ifitis

damagedorhardened,replaceit.

9.Removethecutterdisposer.

CAUTION

Bothsidesaresharp.Becarefulwhenremovingit.

10.Placethedishwasheronitsbacksothatyoucanseethe

base.Removethetwo(2)screwsthatholdthebaseand

theshutterinplace.

11.Removetheleakagesensorconnector(white)inside

theshutter.

12.Removethecirculationmotorconnector(white).

13.Removetheve(5)screwsholdingthecirculation

motorandthesumpinplace.

14.Holdandpullthecirculationmotortoremoveitfrom

thesump.

1.Placethedishwasheronitsbacksothatyoucanseethe

base.Removethetwo(2)screwsthatholdthebaseand

theshutterinplace.

2.Removetheleakagesensorconnector(white)inside

theshutter.

3.Removethetwo(2)distributormotorconnectors.

4.Removethetwo(2)screwsthatholdthedistributor

motorinplace.

(Youcanremoveoneofthetwoscrewsthroughthe

holeinthebase.)

Pullthedistributormotorout.

CAUTION

Becarefulremovingbecauseitiscombinewith

rubbersealanddistributorvalve.

1.Placethedishwasheronitsbacksothatyoucanseethe

base.Removethetwo(2)screwsthatholdthebaseand

theshutterinplace.

2.Removetheleakagesensorconnector(white)inside

theshutter.

3.Removetheleakagesensorfromtheshutterby

unfasteningthetwo(2)screwsholdingitinplace.

3.2.7.PanelControl&MainPCB

1.Openthedoorcompletely.

Removethetwelve(12)screwsholdingthetubfront,

framefront,andpanelcontrolinplace.

CAUTION

Beforeremovingthescrews,placeacushionedmat

ontheoortopreventthehandleandframefront

frombeingscratched.Afterremovingthem,make

suretoholdthetubfrontwithyourhandwhileyou

areworkingasthetubmaycloseandharmyou.

CAUTION

Donotplacetheremovedscrewsonthetubfront.

Theymayfallintothesumpassy.

2.Removethefanmotor&thermalactuatorconnectors.

3.Nowremovetheframefrontandthepanelcontrolassy.

Placeitontheoorandperformthefollowing:Remove

thepanelcontrolfromtheframefront.Youcanremove

thepanelcontrolbyholdingandpullingit.

And,youcanremoveandreplacethedoorlockswitch

inthisstep.(Removebothconnectorsofdoorlock

switch.)

4.Removethefour(4)screwsholdingthePCBassyand

panelcontrolinplace.

RemovealltheconnectorsconnectedtothePCBassy.

5.YoucanremovethePCBassy.

6.Removethethree(3)screwsholdingthePCBtactassy

andpanelcontrolinplace.
