Placethebasketsyou’vejustremovedinasafelocation
sothattheydonotinterferewiththeserviceoperations
andtopreventthemfrombeingdamaged.
2.Useyourhandtoholdthelowernozzleandremoveit.
Placetheremovedlowernozzleinasafelocationalong
withthebaskets.
3.Holdthenozzleduct,andremoveitcarefully.
Toremoveitsmoothly,removethehooksclampingthe
bracketduct(U)usingaatscrewdriverandremove
thehooksclampingthebracketduct(M).
Pullthemoutwhilerotatingthemtotheleft.
4.Removethecoverheaterfromthesumpassy.
Youwillneedaatscrewdriverfortheremoval.
Toremoveahookfromthecoverheater,inserttheend
ofthescrewdriverintothegapbetweencoverheater
andcoversump,andpushthehandleofscrewdriver
andthehook.
Removeremainfour(4)hooksusingsameway.

bracketduct(U)usingaatscrewdriverandremove
thehooksclampingthebracketduct(M).
Pullthemoutwhilerotatingthemtotheleft.

Removetheten(10)screwsontheassyltermesh.

Removethescrew(1)thatisholdingthecirculation
motortotheshaft.Useyourhandtoholdtheimpeller
circulationandturnthescrew.
CAUTION
Turnthescrewclockwisetoremoveit.
7.Removethevalvedistributor.
Removethesealdistributor.
CAUTION
Makesuretocheckwhetheranywaterisleft.
Removeanyremainingwatertopreventwater
leakageswhileservicing.
8.Removethecasescroll.
Checkifthesealrubberscrollisnormal.Ifitis
damagedorhardened,replaceit.
9.Removethecutterdisposer.

suretoholdthetubfrontwithyourhandwhileyou
areworkingasthetubmaycloseandharmyou.

Donotplacetheremovedscrewsonthetubfront.
Theymayfallintothesumpassy.

3.Nowremovetheframefrontandthepanelcontrolassy.
Placeitontheoorandperformthefollowing:Remove
thepanelcontrolfromtheframefront.Youcanremove
thepanelcontrolbyholdingandpullingit.
And,youcanremoveandreplacethedoorlockswitch
inthisstep.(Removebothconnectorsofdoorlock
switch.)
4.Removethefour(4)screwsholdingthePCBassyand
panelcontrolinplace.
RemovealltheconnectorsconnectedtothePCBassy.
5.YoucanremovethePCBassy.
6.Removethethree(3)screwsholdingthePCBtactassy
andpanelcontrolinplace.
