leakagethroughtheoorsectionorthepipes.
Donotallowconsumerstorepairorserviceanypartofthedishwasherthemselves.
Thismayresultinpersonalinjuryandshortentheproductlifetime.
Ifitseemsthatgroundingisneededduetowaterormoisture,makesuretorungroundingwires.
(Checkthegroundingofthepoweroutlet,andadditionallygroundittoametallicwaterpipe.)

Checktheinsulationresistance.
Disconnectthecircuitbreakerorpowercablefromthepoweroutletandmeasuretheinsulationresistance
betweenthepowerwiresandthegroundingwireofthedishwasher.Thevaluemustbegreaterthan10MΩ
whenmeasuredwitha500VDCMegger.
Checkwhethertheproductislevelwiththeoor.Checkifthereareany
deformationsinthesink.Checkthatthedishwasherisrmlyinstalledtothesink.
Vibrationscanshortenthelifetimeoftheproduct.

1.Openthedoorcompletely.
Removetheupperandlowerbaskets.
Placethebasketsyou’vejustremovedinasafelocation
sothattheydonotinterferewiththeserviceoperations
andtopreventthemfrombeingdamaged.
2.Useyourhandtoholdthelowernozzleandremoveit.
Placetheremovedlowernozzleinasafelocationalong
withthebaskets.
3.Holdthenozzleduct,andremoveitcarefully.
Toremoveitsmoothly,removethehooksclampingthe
bracketduct(U)usingaatscrewdriverandremove
thehooksclampingthebracketduct(M).
Pullthemoutwhilerotatingthemtotheleft.
4.Removethecoverheaterfromthesumpassy.
Youwillneedaatscrewdriverfortheremoval.
Toremoveahookfromthecoverheater,inserttheend
ofthescrewdriverintothegapbetweencoverheater
andcoversump,andpushthehandleofscrewdriver
andthehook.
Removeremainfour(4)hooksusingsameway.

8.Removethetwo(2)holderheaterswhichareconnected
totheheaterbyrotatingthemcounterclockwise.
9.Placethedishwashertherightwayupagain.Openthe
doorandholdandremovetheheater.
CAUTION
Theheatermaybeveryhot.Makesuretocheckit
beforetouchingtheheater .
CAUTION
Makesuretocheckwhetheranywaterisleft.
Removeanyremainingwater,topreventwater
leakageswhileservicing.

Placethebasketsyou’vejustremovedinasafelocation
sothattheydonotinterferewiththeserviceoperations

2.Useyourhandtoholdthelowernozzleandremoveit.
Placetheremovedlowernozzleinasafelocationalong
withthebaskets.
3.Holdthenozzleduct,andremoveitcarefully.
Toremoveitsmoothly,removethehooksclampingthe
bracketduct(U)usingaatscrewdriverandremove
thehooksclampingthebracketduct(M).
Pullthemoutwhilerotatingthemtotheleft.
4.Removethesumpassy.
Removetheten(10)screwsontheassyltermesh.

sump.Thecoversump,coverscroll,assyltermesh,
holdernozzleL,andcoverheaterwillberemoved
together.
CAUTION
Placetheremovedpartsinasafelocationtoprevent
themfrombeingdamaged.
6.RemovetheImpellercirculation.
Removethescrew(1)thatisholdingthecirculation
motortotheshaft.Useyourhandtoholdtheimpeller
circulationandturnthescrew.
CAUTION
Turnthescrewclockwisetoremoveit.
7.Removethevalvedistributor.
Removethesealdistributor.
CAUTION
Makesuretocheckwhetheranywaterisleft.
Removeanyremainingwatertopreventwater
leakageswhileservicing.
8.Removethecasescroll.
Checkifthesealrubberscrollisnormal.Ifitis
damagedorhardened,replaceit.
9.Removethecutterdisposer.
CAUTION
Bothsidesaresharp.Becarefulwhenremovingit.

Removethetwelve(12)screwsholdingthetubfront,
framefront,andpanelcontrolinplace.
CAUTION
Beforeremovingthescrews,placeacushionedmat
ontheoortopreventthehandleandframefront
frombeingscratched.Afterremovingthem,make
suretoholdthetubfrontwithyourhandwhileyou
areworkingasthetubmaycloseandharmyou.
CAUTION
Donotplacetheremovedscrewsonthetubfront.
Theymayfallintothesumpassy.

2.Removethefanmotor&thermalactuatorconnectors.
3.Nowremovetheframefrontandthepanelcontrolassy.
Placeitontheoorandperformthefollowing:Remove
thepanelcontrolfromtheframefront.Youcanremove
thepanelcontrolbyholdingandpullingit.
And,youcanremoveandreplacethedoorlockswitch
inthisstep.(Removebothconnectorsofdoorlock
switch.)
4.Removethefour(4)screwsholdingthePCBassyand
panelcontrolinplace.
RemovealltheconnectorsconnectedtothePCBassy.
5.YoucanremovethePCBassy.
6.Removethethree(3)screwsholdingthePCBtactassy
andpanelcontrolinplace.
