Customer comments/ Issue Description:

* defective does not work properly

* Lid on cake maker wobbly and doesn't close properly .

* Does not work / defective.

* Item defective or doesn’t work

Inspection Procedure

1. Review production inspection report from last shipment.

* All units performed properly with no operation or performance defect. cooking surface temperature on average was 327°F to 395°F

between Off and On

* No issues found in the hinge operation. The hinge cannot be tight or the unit will not open properly. The hinge also needs to allow for

cooking batter to expand and still operate properly.

Actions

* Provide report to customer service and forward information to Amazon.

* Follow up with factory during April factory visit and review Life test results to see if there are any issues.

* Perform random inspection of next shipment when received at USA warehouse.
