Step 1: remove the 4 screws.

Step 2: hit toward the arrow direction.

Step 3: hit toward the arrow direction on the other side,

the top lid will open.

Step 4: open the top lid.

Step 5: remove the connecter beneath the keyboard,

so you can put the top lid away.

Step 6: unplug first and then plug in these two cables back.

Note: after you plugged in

those two cables back,

please see if this solves the

problem. (generally, it can

be solved)

 There is also one situation, there are sounds on those keys, it's

just the volume is not high.
