Highchair Infant/Toddler Feeding Booster Seat
(Infant seat attached to chair)
This product can be used in the following modes:
Failure to follow these warnings and the assembly instructions could result
in serious injury or death.
sPLEASE SAVE OWNER’S MANUAL FOR FUTURE USE.
sFOR YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY, read the labels and the
owner’s manual before using product.
sADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
sNEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED. Always keep
your child in view.
sNEVER allow a child to push away from table.
sPREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH FROM
SLIDING OUT, FALLS, OR TIPPING OVER. Always use
seat belt. Secure your child at all times with the restraint
system provided, either in the reclining or upright position.
The tray is not designed to hold your child in the product.
It is recommended that the product be used in the upright
position only by children capable of sitting upright
unassisted.
sTHIS PRODUCT IS DESIGNED AS A highchair for use
with child up to 3 years of age or as an infant feeding
booster seat for use with a child up to 6 years of age and
up to 60 lbs (27.3kg).
sDO NOT FORCE TRAY against child. Use only the three
adjustment positions. Be sure both adjustment fingers are
engaged in armrest slots.
sSTRANGULATION HAZARD Do not place product in
any location where there are cords, such as window blind
cords, drapes, phone cords, etc.
sFOLLOW ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. If
you experience any difficulties, please contact the
Customer Service Department.
sPREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. Do not use in
motor vehicles.
sDO NOT ADJUST the height or recline of product with
your child in it.
s ALWAYS USE booster straps to attach infant/toddler
feeding booster seat to any chair. Always ensure straps are
pulled tight.
sIF INFANT/TODDLER FEEDING BOOSTER SEAT
CANNOT be securely and safely attached to the adult
chair, do not use infant/toddler feeding booster seat with
that chair.
sTHIS INFANT/TODDLER FEEDING BOOSTER SEAT is
designed to be used by a child up to 60lbs (27.3kg).
sUSE ONLY DuoDinerTM highchair accessories with this
product.
sUNTIL CHILD IS ABLE to get in and out of the infant
feeding booster seat without help (about 2 1/2 years old),
the child should be secured in the infant/toddler feeding
booster seat at all times by the restraining system. The tray
is not designed to hold the child in the chair.

ACCESSORIES ON CERTAIN MODELS

To set up, squeeze buttons on either side of highchair
legs and push front legs forward as shown.
Assembling Highchair

Attach legrest by snapping it onto center bar as
shown.

Rotate legrest down to secure.
Be sure the bar is securely attached into the legrest as
shown.

Rotate footrest down to secure.
You may need to adjust position of footrest once your
child is seated in chair.
Insert footrest into slots as shown.

While pulling up on handle on seat back, insert
seat back, into the slots on the seat base as shown.
Release handle on back and allow rods on side of seat
back to insert into one of the sets of holes in the seat
base.
Rods should be inserted into same slots on each side of
the seat.
Flip seat over.
Insert pins into seat base and seat back as shown.

Infant/Toddler Feeding Booster Seat Assembly
Attach seat pad to infant/toddler feeding booster seat
as shown. Pull waist straps through openings in seat
pad.

Insert webbing through opening in seat back as
shown.

3Pull shoulder straps and crotch strap through
openings in seat pad.

Wrap seat pad over the top of the infant/toddler
feeding booster seat.

Make sure recline handle is sticking out the hole in the
seat pad.
Secure seat pad with hooks as shown.

Secure seat pad with hooks at the front of seat as
shown.
SNAP!
Fasten snaps as shown.

Pull waist straps through openings in body support.
Body Support
Pull shoulder straps through openings in body
support.
Place body support on top of the seat pad.

Place infant/toddler feeding booster seat on highchair.
NOTE: Be sure that guides on sides of infant/toddler feeding
booster seat go into channels on highchair arms as shown.
Make sure the clear compartment holding the straps under
the seat is closed before attaching seat to highchair frame.
Check infant/toddler feeding booster seat is latched into place by pulling up on it.
To remove infant/toddler feeding booster seat,
push in buttons on side of seat and pull up.

WARNING: DO NOT remove infant/toddler feeding booster seat
with the child in it.

1To attach tray, squeeze both side handles on bottom
of tray and place on highchair or squeeze button and
slide on.

To remove tray, squeeze both side handles on bottom
of tray and lift up or squeeze button and slide off.

Attach tray cover by pushing it down on the tray.
Dishwasher safe.

To convert to 3-pt

11 When changing harness strap slots, MAKE SURE
harness straps are going through same slots in seat
pad and seat back.
The harness straps must go into slot that is even with
or slightly above the shoulders. Avoid twisting straps.

To adjust height, squeeze buttons on the back of both
legs and lower or raise seat.
WARNING: DO NOT adjust the height of
the product with the child in it.

There are 5 height positions.

Squeeze handle on back of seat and push down or
pull up to adjust.
WARNING: DO NOT adjust the seat
recline with the child in it.
Recline
There are 3 recline positions.

Attaching infant/toddler feeding booster seat to chair
Turn infant/toddler feeding booster seat over.
Open clear compartment on bottom of infant feeding
booster seat.

Tabs
Insert two rear straps into slots in infant/toddler
feeding booster seat as shown.
MAKE SURE belt is placed over top of plastic tabs on
bottom of seat as shown.
Pull straps out of compartment as shown.
Place infant/toddler feeding booster seat on a chair
with no armrests and that has a back, ensuring that
the straps are hanging freely.
Make sure that there are no extra seatpads or
cushions on the chair that you are using with the
infant/toddler feeding booster seat.
Wrap top straps around back of chair and secure clip.
Tighten by pulling on the adjustment strap.

Wrap bottom straps around base of chair and secure
clip under the chair. Tighten by pulling on the loose
strap.
CHECK to make sure infant/toddler feeding booster
seat is securely attached by moving from side to side.
