Reading and storing the user manual
This user manual is part of the Cordless Hand Mixer Set (hereinafter also
called “device”). It contains important information on how to set up and
use the device.
Before using the device, read the operating manual carefully, in particular
the safety instructions. Failure to follow this operating manual may
lead to severe injuries or product damage.
This user manual is based on the standards and regulations that are valid
within the Australia. Outside the Australia, please also note the
country-specific directives and laws.
Keep this operating manual for future reference. If you pass this device
on to a third party, you must also supply this operating manual.
• Do not expose this product to rain or moisture.
• Do not temper or change or modify the product in any way.
• Only use Accessories outlined and recommended by the manufacturer.

SAFETY INSTRUCTION
Please read the instructions carefully before using the product and
follow the following operations
1. The product is not allowed to be used when the product breaks down, falls o or is
damaged in other ways. In this case, please send the product to the nearest service
center for inspection and repair.
2. It is not allowed to hang a USB charging cable over the edge of a counter or table or
place it on a high surface temperature while charging.
3. Do not put the motor unit into water or other liquids to avoid fire, electric leakage,
and personal injury.
4. During operation, hands, clothes, scrapers and other kitchen appliances should be
kept away from the moving parts of the product to reduce the risk of personal injury
or damage to the product.
5. If there are children or vulnerable groups when using, please closely supervise them.
6. When the product is in use, it is not allowed to forcibly remove the whisk from the
main body. Do not leave the product near a hot gas stove or on a hot object.
7. The USB cable should be removed when assembling or disassembling parts, or
during cleaning.
8. The product should not be used for kneading dough.
9. The appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children) who have
physical, sensory or mental disabilities or lack experience or knowledge of its use,
unless they are supervised and instructed in relation to the use of the appliance by
someone responsible for their safety.
10. Children should be taken care of to ensure that they do not play with the device.

11. The cleaning and maintenance of equipment should not be done by children
without supervision.
12. When the product is working, do not let your fingers, clothes and hair touch the
rotating parts.
13. Turn o the power switch and disconnect the power connection before replacing
accessories or moving parts.
14. Do not expose the product to the sun. Clean it up, dry it in a cool and ventilated
place, and then store it in an indoor place out of reach of children.
CHARGER / USB CORD SAFETY TIPS
1. Never pull or yank on cord.
2. To insert the plug, grasp it firmly and guide it into outlet.
3. To disconnect, grasp charger and remove it from outlet. Do not pull on the cord.
4. Before each charging, inspect the USB cord for cuts and/or abrasion marks. If any
are found, this indicates that the USB cord should be replaced.
5. Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance, as this could place undue stress
on the cord and cause it to fray any break.

1. Carefully unpack the hand blender and all parts. Remove any tape, labels or
packaging materials.
2. Wash the blending shaft attachment with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry
thoroughly.
3. Wipe the exterior surfaces of the immersion blender motor housing with a soft,
moist cloth to remove dust particles collected during packing and handling.
NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR HOUSING, USB CORD OR CHARGER IN WATER
OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
4. Be sure all parts are properly assembled and in place before use.
1. The unit cannot be charged when the speed control is on setting 1, 2 or 3. Make
sure the speed control is set to 0.
2. Open the charging port on the hand mixer motor unit and insert the USB Type-C
end of the USB charging cable.
3. Plug the TYPE-C Cable into a power adapter or USB outlet device (please check
the power source rating to match this device rating); the indicator lights will flash
during charging and will stop when the battery is fully charged. See the section
entitled ‘indicator lights’ for further details.
NOTE: The hand mixer comes supplied with approximately 30% charge in the
batteries. However, for best performance, it is recommended to fully charge the
hand mixer before first use.
The hand mixer can also be charged whilst stored in its storage base.
4. It will take approximately 5 hours to fully charge the unit.

1. Be sure the speed control is in the 0 position, which is o.
2. Align tabs on the beater shaft with the slots in the mixer (motor housing). Push
firmly until the beaters lock in place. Beaters can be inserted into either slot.
3. When using the whisk, use alone and not with a beater. The whisk may be used in
either slot.
1. Slide the speed control to the 0 (o) position.
2. Press the beater eject button to eject beaters or whisk.
NOTE: Do not eject the beater during operation. Slide speed control to 0 and then
eject the beaters or whisk.

TO REMOVE BEATERS OR WHISK
The mixer will operate if the speed control is pushed forward.
Make sure to keep fingers o the speed control while ejecting
the beaters or whisk.
CAUTION!

The hand mixer can be used just like a normal hand blender but without the cord!
1. After attaching beaters to the mixer, place beaters directly into container holding
ingredients to the blended.
2. There are 3 speed settings: 1, 2 and 3, with 1 being the lowest speed setting. Slide
the speed control forward to level 1 speed setting.
To increase the speed, continue to slide the speed control forward to level 2 or the
highest speed level of 3.
3. To decrease the speed, slide the speed control back to a lower number speed
setting.
4. Do no use the mixer for longer than 3 minutes at a time. Slide the speed control to
0 and allow the mixer to cool for 5 minutes.
5. If ingredients need to be added, slide the speed control to 0 (o). The mixer
can be stood on end in the standing position. Add ingredients and then resume
mixing.
6. The lights will extinguish as the battery life reduces. A fully charged unit will show
all three lights. When only the lowest light is illuminated and flashing, this indicates
that the unit needs to be charged.

The motor housing indicator lights provide feedback for dierent situation.
BATTERY LIFE DURING USE:
As the motor housing is used and the battery begins to drain during performance, the
indicator lights will extinguish in sequence from the top to the bottom to indicate how
much battery capacity is left.
66% to 100% of capacity: Lights 1, 2 and 3 will all be illuminated.
33% to 65% of capacity: Light 1 & 2 will be illuminated.
20% to 30% of capacity: Light 1 will be illuminated.
If <20% of capacity: Light 1 flashes and the unit needs to be charged.
CHARGING INDICATION:
Indicator lights will also provide feedback during the charging process:
If battery capacity is less than 33%, Lights 1, 2 and 3 will flash while charging.
If battery capacity is within 33%-65%, Light 1 will illuminate solid and Lights
2 and 3 will flash.
If battery capacity is within 66%-99%, Lights 1 and 2 will illuminate solid and
only Light 3 will flash.
If battery capacity is greater than 99%, Lights 1, 2 and 3 will illuminate solid.
OVERLOADING INDICATION:
NOTE: The hand mixer has an automatic protection system that will not allow
overloading. If the load is too large the unit will automatically shut o. It is
recommended to not exceed 500g of flour.
If the unit senses an overload situation, all 3 lights will flash 5 times and the unit will
turn O. Release the speed button and the lights will turn o. Reduce the load on the
blender or the chopper, allow it to rest for more than 15 minutes and then resume use.
Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to fire or excessive heat. Exposure to fire or
temperatures above 130°C may cause an explosion.

This appliance contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not try to repair it yourself. Have
servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement
parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
Dispose of the appliance at the end of its life span according to local environmental
considerations and requirements.
NOTE: DO NOT PUT MOTOR HOUSING OR CHOPPER COLLAR IN DISHWASHER.
Wipe motor housing and chopper collar dry or allow to air dry before storing. Do not
use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
NEVER IMMERSE MOTOR HOUSING, CHARGING CORD IN WATER OR ANY OTHER
LIQUID. Do not place motor housing or chopper collar in dishwasher. The chopping
blade, chopping bowl and lid can be placed in the dishwasher. Do not use abrasive
cleaners or steel wool.
Be sure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Never store it while it is wet.
The unit can be stored for up to 3 months with a fully charged state. If storing for
longer than 3 months the unit should be charged before next use.
Store in a dry area in an ambient temperature of 5°C - 35°C.
