Pro-Tech® 8505 is a battery powered commercial CO monitor designed to detect carbon monoxide gas from any source of combustion. It is not designed to detect smoke, fire, or any other gas.
The Pro-Tech 8505 features an accurate and reliable electrochemical sensor, integrated filter for removing nuisance gases, and a continuous display of current CO levels detected from 9 to 999 PPM. It also records and displays peak CO level, duration, and when it occurred, and calculates and displays 8-Hour Time-Weighted Average (TWA) concentration.
The monitor has both audible and visual alarm signals, and self-diagnostic circuitry and sensor life monitor. It complies with ACGIH, Cal/OSHA, NIOSH, and OSHA Workplace Exposure Limits.
