loosenscrewsatpositionA.Placethewalkbeltbelowtheguidesasshown.Then

readjustwalkbelttightnessperinstructionsinpart6.

1-1.Removepedestalmountcovers(A6a,A6b).

1-2.Removescrews(41)fromthepedestalmountasshown.

1-3.Followsteps(a~e)inordertothreadthedatacableintotherightpedestal.

(a)First,removetheziptieonthecableintherightpedestalmount.Thenstretch

thecableoutasshown.

(b)Placetherightpedestal(A3)onthefloor,withthelowerholefacingthedata

cable.Disconnectthefeedercord(A4)fromthebottomofthepedestal.Wrap

thisfeedercordaroundthetopofthedatacabletosecurethemtogether.

(c)Disconnectthefeedercord(A4)atthetopoftherightpedestal(A3).

(d)Pullthefeedercord(A4)tothreadthedatacablethroughtherightpedestal(A3).

(e)Oncethedatacablehasbeenthreadedthroughthepedestal,disconnectthe

feedercord(A4)fromthedatacable.

1-4.Holdthedatacableatthetopoftherightpedestal(A3),andinsertthebottomofthe

pedestalontothepedestalmount.Avoidpinchingorcrimpingthedatacable.Place

thewaterguard(A6)onthepedestalhigherthanthemotorcover.Looselysecure

therightpedestal(A3)withscrews(41).Inserttheleftpedestal(A5)ontoits

pedestalmount,andlooselysecureitwithscrews(41).Donottightenscrews.

Makesurethepedestalscanstillmoveslightly.

1-5.First,holdthehandlebar(A2)ataslanttowardtheleft(L)side.Inserttheleftside

ofthehandlebarintotheleftpedestal(A7).Thenconnectthecableontheright(R)

sideofthehandlebartothedatacablefromtherightpedestal(A3).Tuckthecable

toavoidpinchingit.Theninserttheright(R)sideofthehandlebar(A2)totheright

pedestal(A3).

1-6.Looselysecurethescrewsandwashers(42)(43).Donotover-tightenthescrews.

1-7.Afterthehandlebarsareinplace,securepedestalscrewsonleftandrightsides.

Putpedestalcovers(A6a,A6b)inplace.Thenputwaterguards(A5)downagainst

themotorcoveronbothsides.

2-2.Carefullyinsertthedisplay(A1)ontothehandlebarassembly(A2).Avoid

pinchingcablesordamagingthedisplayboard.

2-3.Connectdisplaycablesontothebridgeboardandconnectthedatacableontothe

displaycable.

2-4.Afterconnectingcables,tuckthemintoasafeposition.Theninsertthe

displaydownwardontothehandlebarassembly.

2-5.Usescrews(44)tosecurethedisplay(A1)inplace.
