Processing food using the
blender attachment
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Improper use may cause injuries.
Only use the accessories once
fully assembled.
The accessories should only be
used in the intended operating po-
sition.
Never reach into the fitted access-
ory.
Never operate the accessory
without fitting the lid.
WARNING
Risk of scalding!
Hot food may splash out during pro-
cessing and steam can escape from
the lid.
Add a maximum of 500ml of hot
or frothing food.
Process hot food carefully.
Do not lean over the blender jug.
1. Prepare your food.
Cut up large items of food.
2. Add the food to the blender jug.

3. Insert the funnel in the lid and
place the lid on the blender jug.

4. Rotate the lid anticlockwise until it
engages.

The lid must be completely closed.
5. Insert the mains plug.
6. Set the rotary switch to the recom-
mended speed.

7. Process the ingredients until you
achieve the required result.

Adding more ingredients
1. To add more ingredients during
processing, select one of the fol-
lowing options:
‒ Add liquids through the funnel in
the lid.
‒ Take out the funnel and add
solid ingredients through the
opening.

2. To add large quantities, set the
rotary switch to .
Wait until the appliance stops.
3. Rotate the lid clockwise and re-
move.
4. Add the ingredients as described
and continue processing.

Emptying the blender attach-
ment
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Improper use may cause injuries.
Only attach and remove accessor-
ies once the drive has stopped
and the appliance has been un-
plugged.
1. Pull out the mains plug.
2. Rotate the blender attachment
clockwise until it disengages.

from the base unit.

move.

able container or serve immedi-
