eMMC Connector >> The 16GB eMMC is already plugged in and flashed with the OS of
your choice. We also include the eMMC to micro SD card adapter used to re-flash if
required.
2. Sparky SBC Board (on top):
Single USB 2.0 >> Clean USB output to your DAC
DC Connector >> Power in 5V 3A
Before powering on the unit please connect all cables
Boot-Up Checklist
1. LEDs are on, means power is fed to both boards. If not, check power source.
2. Sparky LED intermittent, mean OS booted properly. If static, try to power on again.
3. Ethernet LED intermittent, means its connected to network. If not, try to re-boot.
After 1-2 mins, the unit should be visible on your network.
You can access the user interface by accessing the IP or simply type: volumio.local or
dietpi.local
*** Power Feed Instructions ***
There are 3 choices to feed power to your USBridge:
1. Recommended: Feed power to the DC connector on bottom (not to the microUSB)
since it accepts 3A.
2. Advanced: if you decide to open your case, you can remove the J28 jumper of the
USBBoard. You can then power the Sparky AND the USB board independently.
3. Not recommended: microUSB of the Sparky. Only 1.8 Amps can be fed through that connector
and both boards need more at boot up... you will run into problems.
