AFW900
(Read carefully before use)
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be
followed, including the fact READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS IN THIS MANUAL PRIOR
TO USE AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS RECOMMENDED, particularly to
avoid the risk of fire, electric shock, injury or damage to your device.
We recommend that you keep this booklet carefully and refer to them in case of
problems or doubts of use, and transmit to all prospective new owners.
Safety Recommendations
This appliance is intended for domestic use only.
This appliance is not intended to be used by persons whose physical, sensorial or
mental abilities are reduced (children and teenagers included), or by persons
without any experience or knowledge, except if they have been given supervision
or preliminary instructions for use of the appliance by somebody responsible for
their safety.
Children shall be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
In hazardous locations (service station for example) you must comply with the
relevant safety requirements.
In dangerous places with explosion risks, use is forbidden. Do not place the
appliance near a source of heat.
Never plunge the appliance in water or any other liquid.
Never leave the appliance unattended when plugged.
Never leave packing materials (plastic bags, polystyrene, etc .) within reach of
children, as these are sources of potential danger.
Do not connect the device to an outlet whose voltage is not in accordance with
the manufacturer's instructions, listed on the nameplate on the charger or on the
device.
Use only original wipes.
Always unplug the appliance after use and when it is not being used.
To avoid any risk of electric shock, do not dismantle or attempt to repair the
appliance on yourself.
If the power cable is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, its
after-sales service or similarly qualified technical persons in order to avoid any
danger.
In case of damage or malfunction, you must contact your distributor or an
authorized service center.
Never insert objects into the ventilation slots. (12)
Never touch the power plug with wet hands.
You should under no circumstance dismantle the device by yourself under
penalty of cancellation of the warranty.
Avoid liquid splashes on electrical components, such as plug, switch, cable,
stereo equipment, computer screen, or appliances.
Do not use the appliance on delicate or glued materials: water paint, silk,
terylene, leather, velvet, wallpaper, unvarnished wood, waxed or glossy wood, or
any other materials not resistant to moisture. In case of doubt regarding
resistance of the support to moisture, it is better to always test the surface
to be cleaned on an invisible part by rapid passing. The manufacturer does
not assume any responsibility in case of damage of any support to be cleaned.
After each use, empty and rinse the tank (6), never forget to wash the small filter
(8) and put it back.
Only use the appliance on smooth, solid, flat surfaces that are able to withstand
moisture.
Do not add additives, dangerous goods as caustics or acids, or cleaning products
not originally intended for the same type of cleaning. Only use clear and pure
water.

HOW TO USE YOUR WINDOW CLEANER
Charging the battery
Connect the charger to charger socket (11) and take the terminal on the other hand
to power supply, which must comply with the standards. A red light will illuminate and
change to green when the battery is fully charged.
We recommend that you unplug your charger when charging is fully completed
(green light on) after 2 hours of charging
It is better to store the unit only after recharging for optimum battery life.
Filling and cleaning the tank
1 Open the tank cap (7) remove the small filter (8) Figure 1, fill the tank with clean
water by slightly tilting the appliance (head down), Figure 2, to facilitate the exit of
air. The appliance must be disconnected from the charger during all operations. Then
replace the clean filter and cap.
After each use, empty and rinse the tank (6), never forget to wash the small filter (8)
and put it back.
Never place the appliance under the tap to fill the tank without first unplugging the
charger, Figure 3.
Effectiveness
With its EMERY wipe this appliance does not need detergent but in case of
heavy dirt or in heavily polluted environments, diluted cleaning products may be
added or even just a few drops vinegar or alcohol. This solution is more convenient,
ecological and economic.
Finish off your cleaning with the microfiber wipe.
Cleaning
Press on the spray trigger (2) Figure 4, and place the water or the mixture on the
surface to be cleaned by directing the spray (10) in its direction. You can turn around
the device by grasping handle B, and then you can rub your smooth surface with
either one of the 2 wipes.
Once this is done you return your hand to handle A and suck the water through the
scraping joint (4) by scraping up and down while maintaining the suction control (1) at
on position Figure 5. It is not necessary to press too hard on the device during the
finishing scraping operation. Sometimes a slight grip is necessary to achieve best
results.
Do not project spray to eyes with or without product, or on surfaces of
electronic components, such as plug, switch, cable, stereo equipment, computer
screen, or household appliances.
Replacing the water tank
The dust and dirt is left on the cloth and the residual water is sucked for recycling.
Generally, it is not necessary to change the water in the tank too often during use. You can,
depending on the state of cleanliness of the surfaces. Recycled water may have a little
color but will not affect the result of expected cleanliness.
Setting and cleaning wipes
Put the wipe support (3) in front of you Figure 6, then position the pad in place taking care
to keep even the entire length, then press the entire surface to increase the effect of
scraping.
The change of wipe will simply be made by tearing it off Figure 7.
Wipes should be replaced regularly during work according to their cleanliness. We cannot
give you an idea of the rate of change, it varies and it is at your sole discretion. These
wipes are machine washable. You do not have to iron or use fabric softener or bleach, and
do not put in dryer.
Charger
The charger must not be exposed to direct sunlight, fire, or heat, as there is a risk of
explosion.
Never insert objects into the charger socket.
In case of unexpected loss or destruction of your charger, do not use any other charger
than the original. Contact your supplier immediately. Otherwise any other charger with
the same characteristics would likely destroy your device.
Never attempt to repair the cable from your charger. If it is damaged, replace it.
Before you connect your charger, make sure the voltage of your power outlet is the
same as indicated on the label.
Never unplug the charger by pulling the cable but take care to grasp the plug. It is
advised to store your charger in dry area between 5°C and 40°C maximum.
Never open your charger, potentially harmful substances may emerge and affect your
health, and short-circuit is always possible.
Battery charge level
Your appliance is equipped with 2 safety systems: one is the battery and the other is
the electrical circuit. They cut the battery when necessary so as not to over
discharge which would be detrimental to your battery life. Therefore there is no
monitoring or control light, your device automatically stops.
