Intermetro C5 is a heated holding cabinet designed to keep pizza hot and maintain its "straight from the oven" taste. With its double deep box capacity, it allows you to hold two 16” pizza boxes on each level, double the capacity of a standard holding cabinet. The simple and effective temperature controls, unique passive humidity generation system, and powerful heating system ensure that your pizza stays at the perfect temperature and doesn't dry out. The flexible slides and shelves can hold just about anything, making it a versatile addition to any kitchen.
