Vulcan Hart VCW2 is a commercial-grade chip warmer designed to keep food items warm and ready to serve. It features two self-closing drawers, each accommodating an 18" x 26" x 9" stainless steel pan. Each drawer has a recessed thermostat adjustable to 190°F and a humidity control to maintain the ideal conditions for your food. thermostat adjustable to 190°F and one humidity control. One
475 watt (4 amp) heating element per drawer. Requires 120 volt,
60 Hz, single phase power supply. 6' power cord with
NEMA 5-15 plug.
