Vulcan Hart VCW2 is a commercial-grade chip warmer designed to keep food items warm and ready to serve. It features two self-closing drawers, each accommodating an 18" x 26" x 9" stainless steel pan. Each drawer has a recessed thermostat adjustable to 190°F and a humidity control to maintain the ideal conditions for your food. with 1" thick insulation. Oversize drawer pull handle. Heavy
duty 14 gauge stainless steel drawer slides are removable for
easy cleaning. Each self closing drawer accommodates one
18" x 26" x 9" plastic food box (not included), one recessed
thermostat adjustable to 190°F and one humidity control. One
475 watt (4 amp) heating element per drawer. Requires 120 volt,
60 Hz, single phase power supply. 6' power cord with
NEMA 5-15 plug.
