ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: TA60179

1. Carefully unpack and layout the parts as shown in

the illustration.

2. Insert 7W Bulbs into the bulb sockets (B).

3. Place the bird shades (A) onto each cup holder (D).

4. Adjust the shades (A) to proper position and tighten

with the screws (C) securing the shades in place.

Uses (3) Maximum 7WATT Type “C” Bulbs

or (3) maximum Type “T” 0.5Watt Candelabra Base Bulbs

(Bulbs not included)

Cleaning of your lamp

Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.

Do not use abrasives.
