Oatey 422562 is a 4" Cast Iron Flange with test cap designed for use on plastic or heavy weight, no hub or service weight soil pipe. It comes complete with body, brass ring, bolts and gasket and does not require caulking. The flange can be used on the outside of the pipe and is secured to the pipe by integrated fasteners. Additional fasteners can be used to secure the flange to subflooring and closet bolts can be added to secure the toilet fixture. The 422562 is made of cast iron and is red in color.

DIRECTIONS
For use on the outside of pipe. Place over pipe so that gasket secures to
the pipe. Tighten integrated fasteners to pipe to secure closet flange. Use
fasteners to secure flange to subflooring and add closet bolts to secure
toilet fixture.
