CLOSE-UP OF TANK
PARTS IDENTIFICATION
CHARGING THE TANK
1. Drain any water from the tank before charging by pulling up on the water drain caps and tipping
the tank until the water drains out. Make sure to do this every time you charge the tank.
2. Push the caps back into place.
3. Remove the three screws using a small Phillips screwdriver and lift off the top portion of the
tank (Fig. 2).
4. Remove the thin piece of rubber covering the battery compartment.
5. Connect the NiCd battery to the provided AC charger and plug into a wall outlet. Approximate
charging time is 4 hours for 20-25 minutes of operation. (Fig. 3)
6. When the battery is fully charged, connect it to the cord in the tank and place it back into its
compartment.
7. Replace the thin piece of rubber. Make sure that the side of the rubber with the raised edge fits
into the track around the battery compartment.
8. Place the top portion of the tank back onto the body and secure the screws.
9. Feed the antenna wire into the flag pole and insert the bottom of the pole into the hole where the
antenna comes out of the tank.

driving has to offer. We strongly recommend that you take the time to read
this manual thoroughly. It contains many tips and instructions on how to
get the most out of this tank, and maintain it for long life.
As with any tank, this is a precision driving machine. Treat it well and enjoy
all the fun it has to offer, use after use.

ASSEMBLING THE REMOTE CONTROL
1. Install antenna: screw antenna into the top of the transmitter.
2. Battery Installation (Fig. 1)
a. Make sure the power switch is off on the remote control before installing the batteries.
b. Pull out the battery cover from the back of the remote control and install 1 ‘9V’ battery
(not included) according to indicated polarity. Put the battery cover back into place by
sliding the 2 tabs into the slots on the remote.
c. When the power light remains on after the remote is turned on, the batteries are working.
When the power light begins blinking, the batteries are dying and need to be replaced.

IMPORTANT: Before using the tank, the battery pack must be charged.
Follow the instructions below.

TANK ENVIRONMENT
1. Choose a location that meets the following conditions.
2. For ground use, make sure the tank is on a smoother surface. While this tank is capable of
handling multiple types of terrain, the tank is easier to maneuver and switch between land and
water modes on a smooth surface.
3. For water use, make sure to use in calm water with no waves. Do not submerge in water or
leave out in the rain.
4. For shooting, make sure you are in an open space with no people, pets, or objects in the way.
INSTALLING THE RUBBER BULLETS
1. Make sure the transmitter and tank are turned off before installing the rubber bullets.
2. Push each rubber bullet into a slot on the barrel until it clicks (Fig. 4).
1. Extend the remote antenna and turn on.
2. Press the power button on the tank.
3. There are optional flashing lights on the tank. Turn them on or off using the flashing light
button located on the tank.

1. To move forward push BOTH the left and right control buttons forward.
2. To move backward push BOTH the left and right control buttons backward.
3. To move forward to the right push the LEFT control button forward.
4. To move backward to the right push the LEFT control button backward.
5. To move forward to the left push the RIGHT control button forward.
6. To move backward to the left push the RIGHT control button backward.
CAUTION:
Do not submerge the remote control, tank, or AC adapter in water.
Remove the tank from water when not in use.
Drain any accumulated water from the hull and battery compartment after use.
Troubleshooting:
Problem Cause Solution
The tank wheels will not fully
transform to another position.

installed in the barrel holes
and have clicked into place.

Battery Notes: Only use ‘9V’ batteries for this product. Remove battery if this
product is not going to be used for a long time. Always remove exhausted battery
from the product and dispose of safely.
Caution: The remote control is water-resistant and not water-proof.
Do not submerge the remote control in water.

TRANSFORMATION BETWEEN LAND AND SEA
1. Extend the antenna and turn on the remote control.
2. Turn on the power to the tank.
3. Press the transformation button continually until the wheels are folded up for water
or folded down completely for land (Fig. 5 and 6).
4. Stop pressing the transformation button when you hear a clicking sound.
5. The wheels must be in the down position in order to maneuver on land.
6. You can steer the tank from land to water until it floats and then hit the transformation
button to bring in the wheels.
SHOOTING THE RUBBER BULLETS (Fig. 8)

1. Make sure the bullet barrel on the tank
is at a level line.
2. Press the shoot button on the remote control
continually to shoot the rubber bullets.
3. The bullets will shoot a distance of 9-15 feet.
The tank steers like a real tank meaning that the right control button operates the right
wheels on the tank and the left control button operates the left wheels on the tank.
