DESCRIPTION: Speed-Patch™ Blacktop Crack & Hole Repair is a ready to use sand and asphalt patching com-

pound that spreads to a smooth nish. It is latex fortied which provides a long lasting durable repair for small holes

and cracks (up to 3” wide and 3” deep). The product dries black to match existing asphalt pavements.

PREPARATION: Use a cleaner/degreaser prior to applying driveway patches and coating to surfaces. All dirt, and light

oil stains must be removed for proper adhesion of driveway repair products and sealers. Rinse areas thoroughly with

water leaving no puddles. Remove any loose and aking material from area prior to application.

APPLICATION: Apply product on a clear, warm, sunny day when surface temperature is at least 65 °F and rising. Do

not apply if rain or cooler temperatures are expected within 24 hours. Mix contents to a uniform consistency and apply

to slightly dampened surface. Do not apply to cracks or holes which have water puddles. Use trowel or putty knife to

apply Speed-Patch to ll problem areas, ending with a smooth surface nish. For repairs or depths greater than 1”, it

is recommended that the compound be applied in layers. This will assure proper drying and strength. In warm drying

conditions, product can be coated in 1 hour for sealcoating. Allow 24 hours before full cure.

If weather conditions are cool and or damp, drying time will be extended. Allow 24 - 48 hours before vehicle trafc.

COVERAGE RATE: Approximately 10 lbs. will patch an area 10 sq. ft. x 1/8 inch deep.

CLEAN-UP: Clean tools with soap and water when wet, or an orange citrus cleaner when cured.

PRECAUTIONS: When transporting this product, ensure that lid is tight and pail secure and upright. Do not allow pail

to tumble as this may cause lid to loosen and leakage to occur. Do not transport on passenger seats or inside the

passenger compartment of any vehicle. Store product in the cargo area of vehicle, and secure over protective cloths

to prevent damage due to accidental spills. Do not apply at temperatures below 50 °F. Do not allow stored product to

freeze. Seal container when not in use. Do not use in drinking water or food systems.

WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER: Gardner-Gibson warrants product to be free of material defects for a period of 12

months, the “Warranty Period”, from the date of purchase. Product must be applied in accordance with the proper

application procedures, and for the intended use as stated on the label. Proper prep and drying conditions must be

observed to achieve correct results. Should a product not perform as stated, Gardner-Gibson shall, within its sole

discretion and upon receipt of purchaser’s timely written notice within the Warranty Period, provide replacement pro-

duct(s) or refund the purchase price of the defective product. This limited warranty does not cover labor or installation

costs, consequential damages or incidental damages. Under no circumstances will the company be liable for any

amount in excess of the product purchase price. Contact company below to request a refund with purchase receipt.
