Care Instructions for Stainless Steel Cookware:
Before first use please wash in hot, soapy water, rinse and dry.
Medium to medium-high heat is recommended for stir frying, frying and sautéing. Low
to medium heat offers the best cooking performance.
To avoid discoloration, add salt after food has started to cook, overheating and large
amount of iron content in your water may also cause discoloration.
Discoloration will not affect the cooking performance but it can diminish the beauty of
stainless steel cookware.
To clean, immerse in hot soapy water and use a soft cloth or sponge to rub in a circular
motion, rinse and dry immediately. A fine powder cleanser can be used.
