Einstellen des Drehmomentes
Lösen Sie die Konter-schraube
und stellen Sie durch Drehen des
Handgriffes das ge-wünschte
Dreh-moment ein. Die Skala auf
dem Schaft gibt einstellbare Dreh-
momente in Newton-meter an.
Mit der um den Griff
umlaufenden Skala können Sie
das Drehmoment in der jeweiligen Einheit präzise einstellen.
Beispiel:
Um ein Drehmoment von 90 Newtonmeter einzustellen, drehen Sie den
Handgriff so, dass die „0“ Marke am Handgriff bei der „84“ Marke die senkrechte
Linie am Schaft schneidet. Um ein Drehmoment von 90 Newtonmeter zu
erreichen, stellen Sie jetzt den Handgriff so ein, dass die „6“ auf der Linie steht
(84+6=90). Die Skala am Schaft ist auf beiden Seiten vorhanden.
Sichern Sie dann den Handgriff mit der Konterschraube.
Stellen Sie nach Gebrauch den Drehmomentschlüssel auf den kleinsten Wert ein
um die Feder zu entlasten.
Drehrichtung
Die Drehrichtung wird wie bei einer Umschaltknarre am Umschalthebel
eingestellt. Eine Drehmomentmessung erfolgt nur im Uhrzeigersinn.
Wartung und Reinigung
Der Drehmomentschlüssel bedarf keiner besonderen Wartung. Lagern Sie in an
einem trockenen Ort und halten Sie ihn leicht eingeölt.
Bei intensivem Gebrauch sollte der Drehmomentschlüssel von Zeit zu Zeit durch
einen Fachmann kalibriert werden. Versuchen Sie nicht, den
Drehmomentschüssel selbst zu kalibrieren.
Achtung!
Verzichten Sie, wenn möglich, auf Verlängerungen und verwenden Sie keine
Kugel- oder Kadarngelenke, um die Werte nicht zu verfälschen.
Ziehen Sie mit gleichmäßiger Kraft am Handgriff und stoppen Sie, sobald Sie das
Auslöseknacken hören.
Der Drehmomentschlüssel ist ein Präzisionsgerät. Verwenden Sie ihn nur, um
Schrauben präzise anzuziehen, aber verwenden Sie ihn nicht als Umschaltknarre
oder zum Lösen von Schrauben, dafür ist er nicht geeignet.

Setting the Torque
Loosen the counter screw and set
the required torque by turning
the handle. The scale on the shaft
of the spanner gives a sequence of
settable torque values; the
precise value in the applying unit
is set by turning the handle and
using the scale running around
the handle.
Example:
To set a torque of 90 Newton meter, turn the handle until the “0” marking is at
the line along the shaft at the “84” marking on the shaft. To reach a torque of 90
Newton meter, turn the handle until the “6” is on the line (84+6=90). There is a
scale on each side of the shaft for convenience.
After that, secure the handle with the counter screw.
After use, set the torque spanner to the lowest value to take the stress off the
internal springs.
Direction
The direction is set in the same way as on a ratchet with the toggle switch.
Torque is measured in clockwise rotation only.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The torque spanner does not require special maintenance. Store it in a dry place
and keep it lightly oiled.
If the spanner is used extensively, it is advisable to have it recalibrated by a
professional from time to time.
Please Notice!
If possible, do not use extensions or joints between spanner and nut, these may
flex and lead to corrupted torque readings.
Apply even force on the handle and avoid jerking the handle when tightening
screws, and immediately stop applying force when you hear the unlocking snap
from the spanner.
The torque spanner is a precision tool. Use it only to tighten screws, but do not
use it for loosening them or as a general purpose ratchet, it is neither intended
nor suitable for this.

Réglage du couple
Desserrez la contre-vis et réglez le
couple requis en tournant la
poignée. L'échelle sur l'arbre de la

tournant la poignée et en utilisant
l'échelle qui tourne autour de la poignée.
Exemple:
Pour régler un couple de 90 Newton mètre, tournez la poignée jusqu'à ce que le
repère « 0 » soit sur la ligne le long de l'arbre au niveau du repère « 84 » sur
l'arbre. Pour atteindre un couple de 90 Newton mètre, tournez la manivelle
jusqu'à ce que le « 6 » soit sur la ligne (84+6=90). Il y a une échelle de chaque

Direction

Voorbeeld:
Om een koppel van 90 Newtonmeter in te stellen, draait u de hendel tot de
markering "0" zich op de lijn langs de as bevindt bij de markering "84" op de as.
Om een koppel van 90 Newtonmeter te bereiken, draait u de hendel totdat de
“6” op de lijn staat (84+6=90). Voor het gemak is er aan elke kant van de schacht
een schaalverdeling.
Zet daarna de handgreep vast met de contraschroef.
Zet de momentsleutel na gebruik op de laagste waarde om de interne veren te
ontlasten.
Richting
De richting wordt op dezelfde manier ingesteld als op een ratel met de
tuimelschakelaar. Koppel wordt alleen gemeten in rechtsom draaien.
Reiniging en onderhoud
De momentsleutel heeft geen speciaal onderhoud nodig. Bewaar het op een
droge plaats en houd het licht geolied.
Als de sleutel veel gebruikt wordt, is het raadzaam om hem af en toe door een
vakman te laten kalibreren.
Let alstublieft op!
Gebruik indien mogelijk geen verlengstukken of verbindingsstukken tussen
sleutel en moer, deze kunnen doorbuigen en leiden tot onjuiste
aanhaalmomenten.
Oefen gelijkmatige kracht uit op de hendel en vermijd schokken aan de hendel
bij het vastdraaien van schroeven, en stop onmiddellijk met het uitoefenen van
kracht wanneer u de ontgrendelingsklik van de sleutel hoort.
De momentsleutel is een precisiegereedschap. Gebruik het alleen om schroeven
vast te draaien, maar gebruik het niet om ze los te draaien of als ratel voor
algemeen gebruik, het is hier niet voor bedoeld en ook niet geschikt voor.
