Rear Saddle Pole Extension

Install Rear Saddle Pole (c) without Extension Poles (c1)

IMPORTANT: The Extension Poles should be installed later for raising the structure,

thereby alleviating the need for a stepping stool for assembly. To insert Rear & Front Saddle

poles, stand on webbing strap, point U-Tube upward and insert.

Install the Front Saddle Pole (a)

Install the Upper Sides (e) and Upper Center (f) Saddle Poles

Assemble Center Saddle Pole (b) leaving the bottom sections unconnected (they are shock-corded).

Cord-lock the top of the Center Saddle Pole to the three Spanner Poles (e & f).

Pull Tent Cover over partially assembled frame (see Step 4 Cover Install section for details).

Install Rear Saddle Pole Extensions (c1), thereby lifting the Arc structure to full height.

Install Center Saddle Pole (b1) extensions (with clips) to U-Tubes (g).

Install the two Lower Spanner Poles (d) on sides and cord-lock them to Center Saddle Poles.

B) Attach Velcro wraps on cover to frame.

Wrap and clip the two sod flaps located on both sides of the ArcRV cover around the Steel

U-Tubes and tension the bungee cord locks on each end to engage the 360 Tension system.

A) Begin the ArcRV Main Cover installation by pulling the tail side of the cover center over the

center of the low side of the frame, and sliding the Cover up and over the tall side of the Frame.

Secure the four (4) corners of the tent at the lower corners of the Frame as shown in the attached

sketch. After getting each tent corner installed around the U-Tube corner, connect the cord ring

and the bungee hook (route the cord ring and the bungee hook around the Saddle Poles) at each

corner as shown.

ArcRV Add-Ons

A Stretch Connector is available to fully enclose the RV side of the Shelter and a Zippermate is available to allow

one or more ArcHaus shelters to be connected in series to the ArcRV.

• ZipperMate Extension (ZM18-106) for connecting multiple tents (Part No. SAR079)
