Utbytes-kit för Jet Swim Athlete. Eftermonteras vid behov.
Pahlén rekommenderar att man sänker vattennivån till under Jet Swim Athlete innan monteringen.
Säkersätt att strömmen är bruten innan arbetet påbörjas.
Gör så här:
1. Byt reglageplåt:
Det är viktigt att läsa igenom denna manual noggrant för att trygga poolutrustningens funktion och livslängd.
Pahlén AB ansvarar ej för produktgaranti eller skador som sker till följd av felaktig installation, handhavandefel eller felaktigt
underhåll.
Lossa de 8 st muttrarna (C) som håller fast
detaljerna.
Dra ut hela paketet med munstycket (D),
styrplattan (E) och ödesregleringen (F) och
alla ingående komponenter som en enhet.
Mata med slangen till startknappen med
försiktighet.
OBS! Startknappen skall hållas över
vattenytan hela tiden.
3. Montera nya styrplattan:
Startknapp(6), bälg (7), anslutningsnippel (8) och styrplåt (12) med
packning återanvänds.
Montera startknappskomponenterna i den nya styrplattan (5).
Montera styrplattan i chassit med 4st muttrar, 2Nm åtdragningsmoment.
Säkerställ att startknappens slang inte kläms.
4. Montera nya munstycket:
Byt packningen (2) bakom munstycket. Montera det nya munstycket (3)
med 4st Muttrar, 2Nm åtdragningsmoment.
5. Sätt tillbaka insugsgaller och front
Placera insugsgallret på plats med jämnt tryck över hela detaljen tills den sitter i sitt innersta läge.
Montera fronten med de 2 skruvarna.
Lossa frontramen (A) och
insugsgallret (B) försiktigt.
Tag upp dem ur poolen.
Skruvarna ska återanvändas.
Lossa de små skruvarna (C) på insugsgallrets
baksida (8st). Dessa återanvänds.
Ersätt den bentliga reglageplåten (D) med den
nya och skruva fast den i insugsgallret.
2. Demontera munstycket och styrplattan:

Jet Swim Athlete Replacement Kit. Can be retrotted if necessary.
Pahlén recommends lowering the water level until it is below the Jet Swim Athlete before assembly.
Make sure that the power is disconnected before starting work.
Instructions:
1. Change the front plate:
It is important that you read this manual carefully to secure the function and useful life of the pool equipment.
Pahlén AB is not responsible for product warranty or damage caused by incorrect installation, use or incorrect maintenance.
Unscrew the 8 nuts (C) that hold the parts in
place.
Pull out the entire package as a single unit,
with the nozzle (D), plate (E), ow control (F)
and all included components.
Carefully feed the hose to the start button.
NOTE! The start button must be kept above
the water surface at all times.
3. Fit the new plate:
The start button (6), bellows (7), connection nipple (8) and plate (12)
with gasket are to be reused.
Fit the start button’s components to the new control plate (5).
Fit the plate to the chassis using 4 nuts, 2 Nm tightening torque.
Make sure that the start button’s hose is not risk pinched.
4. Fit the new nozzle:
Change the gasket (2) behind the nozzle. Fit the new nozzle (3) using 4 nuts,
2 Nm tightening torque.
5. Re-t the intake grille and the front.
Put the intake grille in place with even pressure over all of the part until it is in its innermost position.
Fit the front using the 2 screws.
Carefully remove the front frame (A)
and the intake grille (B).
Take them out of the pool.
The screws are to be reused.
Unscrew the small screws (C) on the back of
the intake grille (8 pcs). They are to be reused.
Replace the existing front plate (D) with the
new one and screw it into the intake grille.
