USER MANUAL
• This product is suitable for use as a backlight for TV sets or similar.
• The product is exclusively designed for use in dry indoor spaces. The device is not
suitable for use in humid, damp areas, such as bathrooms.
• The product is not a toy. Keep children and animals away from the product.
• The product is designed for private use and is not intended for commercial use.
• Only use the product as instructed. Any other use is deemed improper.
• Defects arising due to improper handling, damage or attempts at repair are
excluded from the warranty. This also applies to normal wear and tear.
Risk of Injury
• Plastic foils and bags pose a suocation hazard. Keep packing material away from
children and animals.
• Risk of strangulation! Keep connector cables out or reach of childen and animals.
• Lay the cables so they do not pose a trip hazard.
• Do not look directly into the light source to avoid eye injury.
Risk of Electric Shock and Fire
• Keep product and cables away from water and other liquids. If product falls in
water, immediately disconnect power supply. Do not attempt to remove the
product from the water when it is connected to a device that is connected to the
main supply.
• Never touch product or cables with wet hands.
• Disconnect the product from the power source when:
3 Product is not in use
3 A fault occurs in product operation
3 before a storm
3 before cleaning
• Do not make any modications to the product. Do not replace connector cables.
Any repairs should be performed by a qualied technician. Improper repairs could
pose serious risks for the user.
Damage to materials, Property, and Device
• Always mount product on a dry surface, at sucient distance from ammable
objects and heat souces (ovens, heaters, etc.). Do no place any open ames
(candles, lamps) in the direct vicinity of the product or cables.
• Do not place any containers lled with liquids on or directly adjacent to the
product or cables.
• Do not subject product or cables to extreme temperatures, severe temperature
changes, or prolonged direct sunlight.
• Do not place heavy objects on top of the product or cables.
• Only connect product to a device that complies with product technical
specications.
• Make sure connector cables do not get pinched, kinked, or laid over sharp edgfes,
and do not bring product into contact with hot surfaces.
• If product or cables exhibit visible damage, discontinue use. Do not use product if it
malfunctions or if liquid penetrates the product.
• Do not expose product to severe shocks.
• Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning products on the product. Clean product
by wiping with a soft, dry cloth.

1. Clean the surface where you intend to adhere the light strip.
2. Peel o the backing strip of the 3M adhesive tape.
3. Press and hold the light strip rmly against the surface to adhere.
4. Remove the tab from the battery compartment of the remote control.
5. Connect the USB cable to the USB port of desired device (TV or similar).

INSTRUCTIONS (CONTINUED)
The battery for the remote control has already been inserted. Removal of
the transport guard tab is the only action required before use.
1. The battery compartment is located on the
narrow side of the remote control. Pull it out as
shown.
2. Remove the empty battery and insert a 3V
battery, type CR2025. The positive terminal
must be facing up.
3. Place the battery compartment back in the
remote control so that it locks in place.
ATTENTION!
• Do not look directly into the light source! Your eyes could be injured.
• Turn on the LED backlight by pushing the ON button on the remote control.
• Select the desired lighting color or eect and push the corresponding button on
the remote control.
• Please note that the color settings are mixed colors. For this reason, color tints may
exhibit minor deviations. Even white light is a mixed color and thus not a purely
white color tint.
• Set the desired color brightness using the buttons to increase/decrease the
intensity of color.
• Push the OFF button to turn o the LED backlight.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical product
yourself!
If the light does not switch on, check:
• whether all cables are properly connected with one another
• whether all LED strips are properly aligned (all arrows are pointing in the same
direction).
• whether the connected device is properly connected with the electrical outlet.
• whether the electrical outlet is defective. Try another outlet.
• whether the battery in the remote control needs replacement.

LED Strips (USB): 5V
Remote Control: 3V (1 x 3V battery, type CR2025)
Output: 2.5W
The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the packaging in an
environmentally-friendly manner and make it available to the collection
service for recyclable materials.
Dispose of the product in an environmentally-friendly manner. The product
does not belong in the household garbage. Dispose of it at a recycling
center for used electric and electronic equipment. For more information,
please contact the administration in your community.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must be removed and disposed of
separately before disposing of the product. To protect the environment,
batteries and rechargeable batteries may not be disposed of together with
normal household waste. Instead they must be turned in at appropriate
collection points. Please also observe applicable statutory provisions
regulating the disposal of batteries.
